This recently renovated house will seduce you with its layout as well as its quiet exterior in a small village close to all amenities.

Come and discover the Champagne vineyards with family or friends! A wide choice of hikes or bike rides on the vineyard paths to La Marne.

You will enter this house from the enclosed exterior with the possibility of parking several vehicles.

You will have access to the first floor of the house.

The Paris-Château line P station is located 5 minutes away by car with the Nogent l'Artaud - Charly or Chézy sur Marne stations.

Please note that we organise an early arrival and a Late arrival, but only when possible (in case the incoming traveler arrives late).

The first floor and garage are not accessible.
