Lovely and Rare 2 bedroom Del Mar Ocean Suite.

This fabulous completely remodeled serene living space is available for vacation, work, and race track rentals. Walk or bike ride to the beach or canyon. Enjoy your own private, secluded seaside enclave just minutes from the beach. Ample space in a magnificently landscaped outdoor setting that is yours to enjoy. This magical environment is something you will never find at any five star hotel.
A perfect paradise for 2-4 people.
This is the most elegant, spacious, private and reasonably priced two bedroom unit in all of San Diego.
VRBO calls this a two bedroom unit. We called this an extra large one bedroom with an auxiliary living space.

The second “bedroom” is a curtained off space with a queen size bed. A perfect space for a good night's sleep.
There is a shared ( only your peeps) large spa-like bathroom

The yard is large and magnificent.

Large marvelous tree shades much of the yard. Green artificial lawn is flanked with beautiful plants and shrubs. There are two seating areas. One seating area for playing games or eating. One conversationional group area. All places are perfect to relax after a fun filled day on your majestic Del Mar beaches.

The master bedroom suite space provides absolute privacy. There are NO SHARED SPACES. This is a bedroom straight off of the pages of “House Beautiful” magazine. The home sits on a bluff. Note that this master bedroom is completely private, with a separate keyless entrance. Yet it is attach to a larger home, of which it is a part.

The suite is a serene, quiet and beautiful dwelling unit.

Kitchenette:
Complete with oven, stovetop Refrigerator /Freezer
Microwave, NutriBullet blender
& Keurig Coffee Maker and tea kettle.

This rental includes the master suite, and large serene back yard. The master suite is NOT SHARED WITH ANYONE AND IS YOURS EXCLUSIVELY.

This is not a rental of the entire home it is of those large exclusive non-shared areas mentioned above.

This was a wonderful spot for me and my wife to relax and unwind! The private backyard space was so comfortable and the fire pit was amazing! Directions for amenities were very clear and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when visiting San Diego!

We loved our stay here! We were in town for Breeders Cup, and the property's location to the downtown Del Mar shops is great. We really appreciated the outdoor space with a fire pit which we used each night. The check-in was super easy, and the property exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the nicely maintained backyard with a table and firepit! We hadn’t noticed at the time of booking that the second bedroom is actually a bed with curtains around it.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy, bathroom is great, and the backyard is perfect for relaxing. There was thoughtful welcome gift, and everything was very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Just as described and more! So peaceful, comfy bed and the little extra surprises was highly enjoyed.Dinner by the outdoor fire pit dining tablewill be remembered. The location was perfect with a mall just down the road that had everything we needed.Will definitely stay here next time my son has a Soccer Tournament at the Durf Sport Park.Thank you for having a wonderful retreat.

Convenient and Very Tranquil

This sweet place has so many bonuses. A great soaking tub, comfy beds, quiet and quaint yard with a nice firepit seating area and great neighborhood if you like taking walks.

perfect for out of town family

We had all our family come into town and this location was close to home yet gave everyone room and privacy. Keri and Joe were great at addressing the single issue that arose in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend this property and the hosts

Great Spot

Great location and home. Another rental unit is on property, but you would never know with the way the home is being used. Close to the 5 which got us to all the places we wanted to go! Would definitely stay here again.

Super clean and joyous stay

Keri was very communicative and kind before, during, and after the stay. What a lovely place this is. Everything is very manicured and pretty and clean. The bed was insanely comfortable, and the shower was spacious. Great place to relax and wind down on our vacation. Quiet and lovely neighborhood. Thank you for having us!

Quick visit to the Del Mar beaches

Located ina neighborhood - the best part was parking in driveway - all one level for easy access - close to Von’s and CVS Very private - large shower and lots are f fans for cooling during the day - left windows open at night for easier sleeping weather - water and wine provided made it easy to sit by beach with snacks - Kerri was a lovely vivacious hostess-

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in the Ocean Master unit. The tiered patio was a bonus, allowing us to step outside for fresh air and a quiet, calming atmosphere. There is so much more space, comfort, and privacy than if we were to share a hotel room. It was also close to everything we needed! We will be back. Thank you.

If more then a couple, then not really suitable for a longer stay as there isn't much of a living area. However, the bathroom was Excellent and Very nice! The host was very gracious leaving out some snacks and a bottle of wine. The beds were comfortable and the place very clean. One bed was in a closet however and to use the floor fan, the curtain has to be open. While there's a newer AC unit installed, one can't control it. So it was warmer then desired. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom does work very well! The location just off I-5 works great for getting around quickly. In short; good price, very clean, great bathroom and location but short stays only for more then a couple.

Just to clarify, the extra bed is located in an alcove within the room rather than a closet, though we understand how the curtain divider could give that impression. Regarding the temperature, guests are always welcome to reach out to us at any point— even if we’re not in the country, we’re able to adjust the AC settings remotely to make sure you’re comfortable. Clean, quiet, close to Del Mar Fairgrounds

Very nice set up. Originally planned on having 4- people, but only had 2 of us could make it. This worked out great because just as advertised the 2nd bedroom used a curtain for a room separator (no door). This is clearly detailed in the description and was not a surprise to us. It would be an issue if someone was a heavy snorer- luckily that is not our case. Very clean. Great instructions. 5- star rating.

Disappointing. While I understood that a curtain was dividing the two beds, I did not understand that the second bed was in an alcove that was quite literally the exact same size as the queen size bed. In fact, the foot of the bed extended past the privacy curtain rendering it useless. Should I close the curtain my husband and I would have been encapsulated in a cave with zero airflow and zero space on either side of me. there was a door behind the head of the bed that I bumped my head on twice during the night. Maintaining privacy between two couples is virtually impossible. I appreciated the effort of accommodating two couples. There was a bottle of wine and snacks. But the space is far from the advertised “spacious” and is best used for a family with small children who may enjoy the cavelike accommodations. For two adult couples, however, this was genuinely uncomfortable.

I was very clear with these guests upfront about the setup before their stay and even sent several messages with pictures to make sure they fully understood the layout. Knowing there were four adults, I went above and beyond to confirm that the accommodations would meet their needs. Because it was a big event weekend in the area, this was the least expensive two-bedroom available. I even suggested they take an additional suite so both couples would have their own bathroom and offered them that option. The guest responded that it was not a problem at all and that they completely understood the setup. I’m sure this was because there was absolutely no place to stay in the Del Mar area with two beds for even close to the price. I always strive to be transparent and helpful so guests can book with confidence, and I’m disappointed when that effort isn’t reflected in a review.

Smaller than anticipated

This place is not 2 bedrooms only one with another mattress in a hallway with a curtain near the bathroom. Main bed is queen not king. The place host 2 other rentals and it is confusing to check in process even tough doors a labeled. Location is great but for the money an hotel would have more interior space. I did not looked in details that there was no small kitchen and it was my fault. The picture of the house sort of confused me. Owner was friendly and helpful but I would not recommend for a family (even of 3 like us.)

Sorry, as you said you “Didn’t look at the details” regarding this marvelous place. Maybe you were just astounded by the incredible price tag of a unit that has two beds, a large backyard with two seating areas, bbq and fire pit. All this, so close to the beach is unbelievable. Either way I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you I always try to be extremely helpful and accommodating to all my guests.

This is the perfect getaway space! Inside you will find plenty of closet and drawer space for those who like to unpack. There's plenty of living space to unwind and the hosts have graciously left snacks/coffee/breakfast for your quick grab needs. The bathroom is a little mini spa and a great touch! Outside, the grounds are beautiful, parking was a cinch, and the keyless entry is simple to use. I especially loved the overside French glass doors that allowed that lovely San Diego breeze to flow in.

Zen Refuge Yard:
A cordoned off Zen refuge without any neighbors over the back fence! You have exclusive use of your own portion of a marvelous yard.
The yard is perfectly landscaped and magnificent.
A large marvelous tree shades much of the yard. You can put up the huge umbrella for lots of shade. Green artificial lawn is flanked with beautiful plants and shrubs. You have two seating areas.
