The “Soar Over Water” cabin is the King of the Mountain. This newer built cabin takes the award for having the best views of any cabin in Pigeon Forge, TN (Smoky Mountains). A 3-story cabin that is located just 5 miles from all the action on the Parkway. You will have access to the entire cabin and will gain entry with a personalized door code shared with you before your check-in.

PRIVATE PARKING:
Private parking for 8 cars. Parking lot has a medium slope.

ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code before check-in. Check in any time after 4pm EST. Check out is 10am EST.
No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late additional charges will incur.

INTERNET/CABLE:
High Speed Wireless Internet throughout the cabin.
Do not modify or turn off the internet system of the home.
Smart TVs in each of 6 bedrooms and 3 common areas. No cable programing provided due to the multitude of streaming/screen-casting options guests typically have nowadays.

BEDROOMS:
The 6 bedrooms can accommodate up to 16 adults and 1 child.
The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional 2 adults.
There are 2 king master in-suite bedrooms on the main entry-level floor.
There are 3 king master in-suite bedrooms upstairs.
There is 1 bunk bed room with a twin over full bunk bed and a full over full bunk bed upstairs.
The fun rooms are located on the lower level.

KITCHEN:
Very well equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, food processor, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker, and regular coffee maker.

GAMES:
64 Game arcade downstairs in the pool table room.

LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron

AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioners, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

SECURITY/HEALTH AND SAFETY:
Exterior Ring floodlight camera located above the front door with continuous 24/7 video and audio recording at the front entrance and at the driveway. Camera is monitored to ensure compliance w/ house rules and security purposes.

NO indoor cameras.

PARTIES:
This community is part of a Homeowner's Association and there are rules to abide by.
Absolutely no parties allowed. No amplified outdoor music allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
Rental Agreement: After booking, you will be prompted to sign a rental agreement, outlining the guidelines and house rules, within 24 hours.
We use approved API-connected software, allowing guests to easily sign the agreement. (Airbnb policy: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/465)

**The last 0.8 driven miles to this cabin is a two-lane well-PAVED mountain road that is moderately steep and which has a few switch-back turns. Most homes with magnificent views require driving up mountain roads such as this. Bad weather or night-time driving may slow passage. Bad weather may sometimes hinder passage, however, this is very rare.**

**Our indoor pool cleaning service always occurs on 2 predetermined weekdays and in the middle of the day and may occur during your stay. **

**We require that our guests provide their real phone numbers, to be used in case of emergencies.**
