Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. American kitchen in the living room with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping chair. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with bathtub and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday object is not separated from the other half of the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late August, 4 m x 7 m, 1 m deep). Outdoor pool (28 sqm) for shared use with guests of the other half of the house.
