This house was perfect. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was great. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe and right at home. Located a short drive from Kyle Field, the campus, and all of the other fun things to do in College Station. We will stay again!

My family enjoyed our time here. After gameday we were able to come back and rest here. The home was close to campus and was clean. Sonia our host had excellent communication with me. I would come back next time we are in Aggieland.

Great visit to tour Texas A&M University

Family of 3 had a great visit to tour Texas A&M University and attend a football game. Home is comfortable and clean, consistent with the pictures. Sonia is easy to communicate with and available via text or VRBO message if needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We enjoyed our stay. Many thanks and Gig 'em!

College Station Gameday Retreat!

Three good friends traveled in for the first weekend of college football. Sonia was a wonderful host, making sure we had everything we needed in advance of our stay and was excellent with communication throughout and after our stay. The place was perfect for our two day getaway. The condo itself was clean, quiet, and had all that we needed for our guys weekend. Sonia even had an assortment of welcome treats for us. Although it was only listed as 1.9 miles from Kyle Field, I'm not sure it would be an easy walk as Google Maps noted it would take 43 minutes. Given that the temperatures were in the 90's with high humidity, it was probably a good thing we didn't try to walk it and took an Uber instead. All in all, had a fantastic time and would highly recommend for a great College Station experience!

Do yourself a favor and book this property

I typically don’t write reviews, but I would be remiss not to write one about this cute property. We were in town for my son‘s Fish review and I wanted a place that was quiet and where he could have a home cook meal and somewhere he could get some good rest. This place checked every box. The communication with the owner was second to none and the property was not only clean, but at every corner I turned there was a unexpected amenity that made our trip so comfortable and we were able to focus on spending time with our new cadet . Do yourself a favor and book this property, you won’t be sorry!

Fun for a Family

We enjoyed being under one roof, visiting, eating, playing games and celebrating our grandson’s college days. It made Sam very happy to have us all together. We all liked the accommodations very much. The place was decorated perfectly and was very comfortable.

Amazing space, host, and amenities

What an excellent location and comfortable space. Our host was proactive and communicative throughout the trip. Her helpfulness was much appreciated. The coffee, laundry, and cosmetic amenities were a pleasant surprise. We all enjoyed the games in the living room and made use of the game day bag. Most certainly we would stay here again!

A College Town Gem

We came for a football game and to visit the campus. Upon check in we had great communication with the host, it really set the tone for our trip! When we arrived everything was clean, they even had a clear A&M bag we could use for the stadium that came in VERY handy! The location was perfect and easy to get to after the game. When we arrived home it was so nice to relax in a home, that had cute little amenities… absolutely LOVED the smell of the shampoo’s, body wash, even linen spray! I wrote down the brand because I loved it so much! The comfort of home with the amenities of a hotel! Another thing to note is if you need a bigger space they also have a house next door you could rent! We will definitely be back!

Great Game Day Property

We had a great stay on a busy crowded weekend in CS. It was very homey and had tons of extras that helped make our stay easy and enjoyable. There was everything we needed and more. We will be staying here again.

Loved our stay here

We stayed at this house recently during a trip to see a Texas A&M football game. The house is in a great location near the shuttle stops to get to and from Kyle Field. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the home. We will definitely stay here again.

Game day weekend with teens

Nice, comfortable, and clean. Twin beds in one bedroom great for teens. Close to game day shuttle route, or about 2 mile walk.

Perfect!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The house was wonderful, communication with Sonia and Cheri was so quick and so helpful. Cheri was actually at the rental when we got there and gave us so many great tips and ideas for enjoying College Station! My husband and I discussed as we were leaving that we couldn’t have asked for better hosts, rental, proximity to the field/everything and overall wonderful trip. Thank you both!
