You want to stay here! Surprise Paradise is an amazing house, nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Surprise, Arizona. Outfitted with a beautiful outdoor space complete with outdoor kitchen, pool, dinning and relaxing. The house is perfect for families and larger groups of guests, outfitted with two TV`s and a Sonos music system available throughout the house so everyone can listen to their own music or do their own thing. The master bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. Two more private bedrooms a bathroom and a bunk room loft located upstairs. Spacious kitchen with bar seating and open to the family room. This home is managed by Erin and Elise with Cadaci Vacation Rentals. We are local and available for our guests at any time.

The Space

The house also includes a large modern kitchen, formal dinning and a bar. Outdoor space includes modern stainless steel gas grill, gas fire pit table, comfortable seating, loungers and pool. There is an extra cost to heat the pool. Pool heat is $50 per night. Must be requested 48 hours in advance. If the ambient temperatures drop near freezing at night the pool heater may struggle to keep up.

Location

Quiet neighborhood that is close to parks, shopping, all the baseball fields in Surprise, Peoria, Glendale and Goodyear. Also very close to the Arizona Cardinals and Coyotes sports complexes as well as many hiking trails in the White Bucket Mountains.

Getting Around

Getting around Surprise is easy, it is nestled between highways 303, 101 and 60 and a short drive to Interstate 10 which is the most direct route to the airport as well as downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale.

This is a single family home in a great Surprise. The whole house is yours. Spacious 4 bedroom 21/2 bath home with a large fenced back yard, patio, swimming pool, and BBQ out back. Plenty of room to park with a 2 car garage and driveway parking.

We are local to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We were both born and raised here in Arizona.

We are probably a lot like your family. We love to get together to cook and eat, hang out and swim, hike, and travel. We love to take our dogs with us whenever possible whether it’s for a hike or a vacation.

Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.
Pool heat is $50 per night. We need at least 48 hours notice for pool heat. If the weather drops below 50 degrees at night the heater may struggle to keep up.
Pets are permitted with advance approval. Pet fee is $50 per pet.
Please be considerate of our neighbors.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is not a party house.
Pets allowed with advance permission, additional fees may apply. Pick up after your pets.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No Smoking Allowed.
No Parking in the street.
BBQ: Clean the BBQ grill before leaving.
Trash: Excess trash, that does not fit in the trash cans must be removed by guests.
A $75 trash pickup service charge will be charged to guests if excess trash has not been removed.
Pool heat is $50 per night.
