Welcome to our Goodyear AZ Lux retreat! Sparkling private swimming pool, gas fire-pit with built-in seating, built-in BBQ, turf, and resort quality landscaping that is stunning! Relax in style in our well appointed single level home with 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms. You will be greeted by a cozy, quaint private courtyard where you can relax with your morning cup of tea or coffee. The primary suite is separate from the other 3 bedrooms for relaxing privacy. There is no carpet in the house…only fresh, new LVP flooring throughout! Walking paths & parks in a quiet neighborhood await. The rear yard backs up to large grassy fields (no houses looking in). Close to everything! 12 min. to State Farm Football stadium (Arizona Cardinals), 10-12 min to several Spring Training baseball parks, Golfing, NBA Basketball, Luke AFB, Nascar, Westgate Center, Theater (5 min), Restaurants (5 min), Shopping galore, and much more!
Longer stays are welcome!
Note: Pool Heat is an additional $65/Day fee if requested.

-No events, parties, or large gatherings
-Photo ID will be required upon check in
-Quiet hours start at 10pm

NOTE: Overnight parking for 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking allowed. The garage is not accessible and used for owners storage. There will also be a few closets that are locked out for supplies and personal belongings.

NOTE: Security Cameras: 3 exterior cameras (facing out) - 2 in the back yard and 1 in the front. 1 doorbell camera at the front door. The pool is in view of the backyard camera. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion.

Safety: The swimming pool is not fenced. Use at your own risk. No diving!

The description is way understated, it’s so welcoming you won’t want to leave. The bed we slept on was so comfortable and had thought of everything. To include plug in and internet connection right by the bed. The family room is so large and again so comfortable with the big screen tv and view of the amazing back yard and pool that reminds you of being in Hawaii. Kitchen with Keurig and everything else you can imagine. Best of all is the owner, who was there whenever you needed him. Ranking only goes to 5 but this home is a 10.

Beautiful, Large and Well Stocked House in Litchfield Park

We loved staying at this property. The house is very spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. We were very happy with how well-stocked the kitchen was, sometimes VRBOs are barebones but not this house. There are many restaurants within a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed the back of the house, with a nice grill, sitting area and pool with a nicely landscaped surrounding.

Fun in the sun

Week of fun in the sun Iwas great.!!Location very convenient for shopping , baseball games, and restaurants. House was very spacious, comfortable beds and lovely pool area. Would definitely stay there again.

Cleanest & Best Supplied Rental Home!

This was the cleanest house of a dozen vrbos we’ve rented in the area! They had everything you might need including an electric pump for pool inflatables, and the location was fantastic with a walking path right next to and behind the home which was so nice! We highly recommend!!

Top Notch in Every Way

From the beginning to departure, our stay was amazing. HOSTS…prompt responses, accurate information HOUSE…very well cared for and outfitted with attention to what visitors might need…comfortable and ultra clean…excellent appliances POOL/YARD….had all the pluses and a beautiful pool that kept the kids entertained…very private LOCATION…all you could need just a short drive away….very attractive neighborhood This is a great vacation home…don’t hesitate…and I have stayed at many, many vacation rentals

Aloha! What a beautiful home! Our family traveled from Hawaii, Texas and Mesa to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday. There was something for everyone, from pac man (my husband’s favorite childhood game) to scrabble to swimming in a private oasis and a very comfortable home, our stay could not have been better! Fantastic house!

My family - me, my wife, and three teenagers - absolutely loved staying in this house. Exceptionally clean, lots of space, and the pool was amazing! Communication with the owners was great - the house was everything we hoped and more. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Arizona!

Perfect Family Getaway

We fisited for 10 day from Michigan! We rented 3 other housed in Arizona in 2023 and this by far was THE BEST! Clean beyond clean. We loved the hummingbirds and the jets taking off from Luke AFB daily. THe hosts were very easy to communicat with and quick with response to any questions or needs. The pool was clean and we asked that it be heated and the temprature was perfect. Loved that we could use the fire pit as the weather was a bit chilly (but not like cold Michigan).Thank you for your hospitality!

Desert Paradise

We stayed a week here with our two children (ages 8 and 11) and had the BEST time! The property was immaculate upon check-in. Everything was as described. Communication with Matt via text was great and we were happy to know he was available readily if needed. The backyard was our favorite part. We ended up not using the fire pit, but would have done s'mores if it was cooler. We used the BBQ which was awesome and of course we used the pool daily. Sitting outside after the kids went to bed with a glass of wine on the back porch and listening to the birds (so many birds in Arizona!) was the most relaxing for us parents. The kids loved the games and video game. We easily logged into our TV accounts (Netflix, Disney +, etc.---TIP: set a reminder for yourself to log out of them the day you check out LOL). The location was perfect. Many good restaurants in the area. We did a pick up grocery order through Wal-Mart which was super easy. I bought a bunch of TP thinking we'd need to stock up, but the amount they had provided was perfect. The Arizona Wildlife Zoo and Aquarium is a short drive and I would highly recommend it. I also liked being a short drive from the major freeways as we did a day trip to Sedona. Kitchen was stocked well and I love when rentals have kid-friendly plates and cups for kids. I didn't have to worry about them dropping any glass. I don't have any negatives. We would TOTALLY stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality!

Wedding weekend

Palm Valley was THE PERFECT home for our wedding weekend/family reunion. We had a family member getting married at Palm Valley CC, which was minutes from the home. All of the members of our family, all adults, had the best time visiting in the spacious living room and enjoyed lunch in the gorgeous backyard. It was too chilly for a swim but we dipped our toes in the beautiful pool. The home was clean, beds and linens were top notch. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our breakfast and lunches. We wished we could have stayed a week!

Great in every way!

The home was perfect for our stay. It was very spacious, clean, well-appointed, beautiful, and comfortable. The location was excellent, and even provided easy access to activities on the east side of the city. The airport was within a 30 minute drive. We loved having the open park off of the back of the home. Walking and running were easy from the location too. The non-heated pool wasn’t an issue for us. The games provided were great, and we added to the collection. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, it was an excellent stay. Thanks to Matt & Melody! We’d stay again.

Spring Break

Spacious and loaded with amenities

We were surprised by the quality and spaciousness - 10' ceilings, 8' tall solid core doors, super clean, all appliances like new, large rooms. Super comfortable! Loved the entry courtyard and the backyard with its pool, fire pit, BBQ, sitting area, and great landscaping. We jumped right into vaca mode. Also, the neighborhood and the adjacent park were very quiet and felt safe for walking. Loved it and highly recommend. .

Sun and baseball

It was great to get out of the rain and see the sun and spring training baseball. Home is in a great location, easy driving distance to lots of restaurants and activities. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Beautiful home in a great location!

We can’t wait to stay here again in the near future! From our initial inquiry of the property with the owners to getting to enjoy this home, wow!! It was stress free and straight forward. Great communication!! Beautifully laid out and comfortable. The home is immaculate and has everything needed for a very relaxing stay. The game room is a great touch! We wish we would have brought our kiddos, it’s perfect for a family getaway (next time). The pool / backyard is gorgeous, clean, relaxing. Landscaping felt ‘resort maintained’. My wife loved that there is a beautiful green space with side walks behind the property. Not only did it feel private but after barbecuing, the evening walks were amazing. Couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you Matt & Melody for everything, it was wonderful and we look forward to future dates. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND**

Goodyear is close to so many activities and fun things to do! Less than 15 minutes to 3 different Spring training facilities (LA Dodgers/Chicago White Sox, Cleveland Guardians/Cincinnati Reds, Kansas City Royals/Texas Rangers).
20 minutes to the Nascar Phoenix Raceway, 15 minutes to the Cardinals football stadium and Westgate shopping district. Minutes from several beautiful golf courses! 6 minutes to Harkins 16 movie theatre, 6 minutes to Red Robin, PF Changs, Texas Roadhouse, and so much more! Very easy access to all freeways!

We love that there are no homes behind and on each side there are only single level homes. This means wonderful privacy when swimming and hanging out in the back yard. Behind us is a huge park...so fun to throw the football or baseball, or kick a soccer ball around. The neighborhood is also perfect for our long morning or late evening walks!
