This Independent, two-bedroom duplex has a gated entrance and covered patio/deck at the entrance of the house with a seating area that looks out on the jungle and lovely tropical gardens...
The house has two bedrooms (both with Air Conditioning; one with a King bed, one with a double bed) and a full bath on the upper level, and on the lower level, an open plan living room, dining room, full kitchen, and outdoor veranda area. There is also a laundry room in the house with a washer and dryer.
We have the best Internet Service in the area--a satellite network, so even if there is a power outage in the area, you can stay connected. This is also the only rental property in the area with an advanced whole-house backup power system* that (if you opt-in and agree to pay the fuel charges) comes on automatically when the power goes out to keep everything running ( lights, internet, kitchen, even AC) allowing for zero down time—an amazing benefit in a part of Costa Rica that often has daily power outages. (No frustrating nights of not being able to cook or send emails or wondering if all your food will spoil—you can surf the web while streaming music and drinking a nice cold iced tea!)

Visitors are stunned by the natural beauty and sightings of the jungle wildlife on the property (like monkeys and toucans) and the close proximity to the ocean--about a 200-meter walk from the house.
