THE MAIN FLOOR:
- Our lakefront home boasts sweeping views and a generous open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen and an island for family and friends to gather around.
- Off of the kitchen is the cozy living room/dining room with a beautiful stone fireplace and seating for 12. Enjoy a meal or games around the large dining room table with impressive views.
- The large sunroom has magnificent views of lake Nottely and also includes a stone gas fireplace and a television with streaming capabilities.
- The 1st Bedroom (Master), with an impressive view, has a queen sized bed, private master bath with a double vanity, jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. Also located off the kitchen is a 2nd spacious Bedroom that also has a queen sized bed and a full bath.

THE DOWNSTAIRS LEVEL:
- A second kitchen makes this home perfect for multi- family stays The fully equipped downstairs kitchen is open to more living space with another gorgeous fireplace,
and streaming television. The second floor opens to a large covered patio, with a generous amount of seating and a gas grill. Perfect for just hanging out!
- The roomy 3rd bedroom, downstairs has a king sized bed, full bathroom and lake views.
A 4th quaint bedroom has 2 full sized beds and a lovely view of the lake! And finally a bunk room with 4 bunks for the kids!
- The downstairs full bathroom has a shower/tub and is a perfect place to rinse off after playing in the lake all day!

ACCESS TO THE LAKE:
- The covered porch welcomes a gentle walk through the yard to the Single Slip aluminum, covered dock. Bring your own boat, jet ski and water toys or rent from multiple marinas on the lake. We also provide Kayaks for your use. We have a great location on the lake just a few minutes from town.

GENERAL:
Free WiFi, towels/linens, complimentary toiletries, iron/board, hair dryer, trash bags/paper towels, gas grill, 4 kayaks, central heating & air conditioning. Stroller, crib, pack n play, playpen and bassinet also available upon request.

ACTIVITIES:
- Challenge your "house mates" with a game of corn hole or badminton! Outdoor activities include Kayaking, swimming and roasting marshmallows by the fire.

Family summer get together

The house was very accommodating for our family get together. Everyone had space to spread out and spacious rooms to get together for meals, games and puzzles. The dock was perfect for our boat rental and the cove was relaxing for swimming and kayaking. Communication was great on check in and check out.

Amazing Lake house experience

Truly a cozy, clean and beautiful lake home. We were welcomed by a sweet welcome basket full of local goodies. The house was fully stocked and surpassed my expectations. I will recommend this highly to anyone who asks. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for allowing my family to make lifelong memories in this beautiful and cozy home ❤️

A little chilly

Nice house, great location, beautiful view, a lot of gathering space. With the night time temperatures dipping to below freezing, The downstairs was very chilly. If you turned one of the upstairs thermostats to try and warm the downstairs it was too hot upstairs. There is no thermostat downstairs. There were 3 fireplaces with gas logs with only one working, upstairs. If the one downstairs would have worked you could have heated the downstairs some with it. One of the downstairs bathrooms was a very small one in a dark corner of the unfinished part of the basement. I would recommend the house as long as it was not cold outside and the downstairs gas logs we’re operating.. it is always disappointing when you arrive at a place that seems great, just to realize that things are not exactly as you imagined based on the info given and then everyone freeze that slept downstairs.

Grandchildren dream come true!

We planned this trip for our children and grandchildren hoping to find a house, yard and waterfront friendly place for children. We hit the jackpot! The home has tons of room to accommodate a large family. We utilized the downstairs for our all the children and one set of parents. The upstairs had two more bedroom/baths for the rest of us. What a perfect set up for! One granddaughter's dream was to be allowed to sleep on the top bunk. Well her dream came true! :) Our adult children as well and my husband and I enjoyed our own ensuite rooms. The widows on the waterfront allow for beautiful views at the large dinner table while we all dined together. The lake front allowed for a gentle walk down to the waterfront and had a lovely dock. The children were thrilled to be able to swim and walk into the water right from the shore. They enjoyed fishing from the dock, too. They also enjoy roasting marshmallows at the little fire pit, too. What minimal issues were encountered where handled immediately by the owner who was so wonderfully easy to work with. If you are considering vacationing on Nottely Lake I would HIGHLY recommend staying in this home. We will definitely attempt to return.

In the area for a weekend of golf and fellowship. Very nice place, exactly as advertised, plenty of room for 8 people. Gave us an early check-in which helped us out greatly. If us guys do this again, this is where we'll stay.

Wonderful hostess, with great communication. Older house but very well appointed, right on the lake. I would suggest the house get life jackets that fit children though.

Family trip

Whispering Pines was a fantastic place to stay, we had a group of 8 and had more than enough bedrooms, has 3 living areas with tvs, 2 kitchens, nice dock, fire pit and everything we needed. Nancy and Wendy left us a welcome gift which was really sweet, had soap, trash bags, laundry detergent . Check out was easy.

Beautiful Lake View

We had a wonderful stay and the view of the lake did not disappoint. Our large group had plenty of space to spread out, but also great spaces to come together for a meal or a game. The house was well stocked and the inside was clean. The lake was gorgeous and super clean.

Perfect family lake getaway!

Perfect location for a family gathering on the lake. Plenty of space to spread out inside and out. Deep water dock accommodated our boat and the kayaks were a hit.

Making Memories

This home was perfect for 9 people on the lake. We had so much room to spread out. The home was equiped with everything we needed and more. The lake was beautiful, we rented a boat and experienced tubing, smores by the outside fire pit, and played many board game that were at the house. I can be OCD, this home was very clean. We hope to return!

Amazing Stay!

This property had everything for the 14 of us, 8 Adults 6 3-9 grandkids...perfect location on a beautiful lake and every amenity we needed...a little dated and needs some slight maintenance and a little love....a great place for a family getaway!!!!

Wonderful week on the lake

We had an amazing time on Lake Nottely. Check-in was a breeze. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. Easy access to the dock and 4 kayaks waiting to explore the lake. The views from the patio and upstairs dining/living rooms are gorgeous. Quick drive into Blairsville for anything you need + the Appalachian Trail and Chattahoochee National Park. Check-out was detailed and simple. Two simple service requests were taken care of in hours. The property manager attentive was beyond helpful. Highly recommended house for family and friends groups together.

Family vacation

This is our second year staying in this home. It meets our needs beautifully. Communication with the owner/manager is seamless and quick. Answers very fast. The only problem we had was with the dock with appears to be an ongoing fixing problem. They are obviously working on it to make it better. I highly recommend and will come back again.
