Lake Elsinore Lakehouse Property requires government ID verification to book

This beautiful 4 bedroom gated Lake Front home provides direct access to Lake Elsinore Lake via a private beach. Close to skydiving, hiking trails, parks, direct access to the Lake via private launch (requires 4 wheel drive). 25 miles to Pechanga Casino & Temecula wine country, and mid-point to Southern California attractions of all kinds. Lake use requires a permit which must be received through the City of Lake Elsinore.

Key Residence Features:
We have a 3 night minimum stay
- Amenities include a full kitchen, air conditioning, heating, Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room, wireless internet, 2 full bathrooms, towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap), and more
- Enjoy access to the spacious patio with outdoor dining, gas grill, pool & spa,
Fire pit on the beach requires a fire permit which needs to be processed through the fire department.
*Trash day is Tuesday and the first truck comes around 7 or 8 am.
*Gardener comes on Thursday various times but could be as early as 8:30am and the mower and blower can be heard. Gardeners are usually there for about 30 to 45 minutes.
* Pool maintenance comes on Monday mornings. Pool and spa will be unavailable while they are there doing cleaning/maintenance.
A picture government ID will be required for all adult guests for security and insurance.
No unregistered guests are allowed on the property without prior permission. If you are caught bringing in more guests that what is booked, you risk being asked to leave with no refund. If your plans changed from when you originally booked and you have additional people up to the maximum allowable occupancy of 10 people., please let me know so we can make arrangements for collection of government issued IDs.
*Any person found jumping off the 2nd story balcony will be evicted and forfeit any fees, including entire security deposit!
*Events or parties must be approved PRIOR to booking location. Please contact us via message to confirm authorization if you are considering using this location for a party or event. The number of additional guests must be provided prior to any consideration of approval for the event.
*Please buy trip insurance as there are no refunds for cancellations after the cutoff date. If you do need to cancel outside of the refundable time frame we will refund you for any days that we rebook. Any issues with the property must be brought to our attention within the first 12 hours of occupancy. Any requests for refunds will not be approved after that timeframe. Please give us time to rectify any issues! Our goal is for you to have a wonderful, relaxing time!
*This property has outdoor camera surveillance for your security.
*We do our best to provide the best stay for our guests and even offer early check in when available but we have a strict check out time unless authorized ahead of time. It has become necessary to add the following and I will enforce the extra charges as laid out below:
-We have a strict checkout time of 12pm. Any unauthorized checkout after 12pm will incur additional charge of $50 for the first 10 minutes past 12pm. Then $10 for every 5 minutes after that. No exceptions. Please don't make us do that. I don't want your extra money. I want to get the house cleaned and ready for the next guest.
*Please note: The cleaning fee is to cover changing out linens and towels, laundry, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping, sanitizing shower/bathroom/counters and restocking supplies. It is NOT to clean up your personal mess. Please clean up after yourself: Dishes are to be washed in dishwasher, trash placed in trashcans (not all over floor), and spills/messes are to be cleaned up. If the unit is left dirty, an additional $50 will be charged against your deposit. We take great pride in providing a beautiful, peaceful, clean place for you to enjoy. Please show the respect it deserves. Thank you.
Bringing people in without notification or otherwise disregarding/breaking any other house rules could bring a charge of the whole security deposit. Please be respectful.
*Please, no washing of vehicles is allowed on premise.
*Serenity backyard is open for guests to relax and enjoy. Please be respectful and stay off pontoon. It are not included in this rental. Garage and carport area are private and not to be entered.
*There is wildlife around the property. Please be aware and do not interact with them at any time, as they are wild!
Guest Parking: Parking is available on site inside gated property.
Other things to note:
No lifeguard is provided! Please be sure responsible guests will be in the pool with children at all times. There are a few pool toys provided. Life ring for emergencies is provided.
Any violation of occupancy, noise, or house rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund
