Gite in the countryside between the Lac du Der, lakes and forests of the Orient

On the ground floor, you will have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, 90cm induction hob, American microwave fridge) opening onto a living room, a spacious triple bedroom (3 beds that can be made into a double bed or separate beds), a bathroom (shower, bathtub, double sink), 2 separate toilets, a laundry room. Upstairs, you will find 2 double bedrooms (beds that can be separated), a master suite (160x200 bed) with private shower room, a bedroom/office (single bed). Our beds are modular, the bedrooms are equipped with a dressing room and shutters. Outside, you will enjoy parking, a private terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs) and a trampoline. A gym and a shared swimming pool, dedicated to the gites, are accessible to all free of charge. Heated and covered, the swimming pool measures 3.70*10.50 meters. A wellness area to privatize is offered to you, with sauna/jacuzzi/tea room/sanitary facilities (soon hammam) (supplement of 80€ for a 2-hour session).
Municipal reception room nearby. On the Route des Eglises classés, halfway between the Lacs d'Orient and du Der, come and stay in this pretty house with private enclosed garden adjoining 2 gites for 2 and 3 people. In order to facilitate your stays, the beds will be made on arrival, the end-of-stay cleaning, the wood for the fireplace will be included in the price. Heating and electricity will be included within the limit of one normal consumption (meter reading arrival/departure from October to April). Animals are allowed (40e supplement)
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: aerodrome (5 km from Brienne), various activities around the lake (water activities, tree climbing, casino, etc.).
During your walks, you will observe many species of birds but also rabbits, deer, stags and other game.
