Our stay was great from start to finish; this house was well-appointed, the hosts were readily available, and the outdoor spaces were lovely! The only issue we had was a television not working.

Amazing property

One of the nicest VRBO properties I've ever been to. Spotless clean, not a mark or smudge anywhere. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Very nice appliances. The backyard is private, quiet, and nice. The fees are a little hefty, but the property really is outstanding. I'll be back!

Relaxing stay

The house is very functional for a small family. Lovely, well-stocked kitchen and TV room. Beautiful furnishings. Pool and pingpong table in back yard. I do wish the outdoor cushions were newer/better cared for, but the manager sent someone to clean them for us. Interiorly, the place was clean but not spotless.

Peaceful Stay - Just the Perfect Place for Us

The Pearl Cottage offered everything we were hoping for. Beautifully updated and maintained property. Modern amenities. The property host is providing most basic day-to-day supplies, which makes it just so convenient for long-distance travelers. Our concierge, Kelly, was fantastic. She checked in with us periodically to make sure we had everything we need. The home is located in a residential community. Very private and nestled between wonderful palm trees bordering the property. The water and walking path along side to watch the boats go by can easily be reached by foot. Nice area to take a quiet evening stroll. Several beach options, restaurants, and shopping within short driving distance. Very happy we came across The Pearl Cottage.

Beautiful home, lovely area!

Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed this home. The pool was great and the home is in an awesome location. Unfortunately during our first night we discovered one of the box springs on the beds was broken. The management sent a repairman to fix it thankfully, but they just put a 2x4 over the broken slats which caused an uncomfortable hump in the bed that my parents had to sleep on all week. In addition we also had to wash several throw blankets that were dirty upon checking in, and the couch and rug had quite a bit of dog hair on it from previous guests. It still turned out to be a good trip for the most part.

Little bit of paradise by the inter-coastal

The property is very light and sunny. It is well decorated in Florida appropriate furnishings. The house is in a great location. You can walk to the inter-coastal and to stores and restaurants. Ten minutes to Palm Beach. We were so happy there, we rented it again for next year.
