The living room offers homely sofas (one doubling as a sofa bed), perfect for unwinding while catching up on your favorite shows on the wide-screen TV. A dining table sits nearby, creating a spacious and inviting area flooded with natural light, thanks to ample sunlight. Adjacent, there's a charming space with tables under a transparent roof.

In the fully-equipped kitchen, you'll find all the essentials for whipping up delectable meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other amenities. Additionally, there's a washing machine available for your laundry needs.

There are five bedrooms. Three feature queen beds, while the remaining two offer double and single beds. Each bed has complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

After you complete the picture, you will see that the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, catering to your refreshment needs.

The house is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

It is conveniently situated just a 2-minute walk from the Vaugirard station and a 4-minute walk from the Convention station. This prime location provides easy access to public transportation for exploring all that Paris has to offer.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
