Our ocean front spacious condo in the heart of Poipu beach next to theSheraton Hotel has it all! This beautiful condo has unobstructed ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. It is very spacious with over 1,800 square feet of living space with two bedrooms upstairs and 3 full bathrooms and a beautiful remodeled kitchen with everything to cook a gourmet meal. It's just a short walk to the beach and access to a pool with ocean views. This resort also offers tennis courts.

The unit is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. All beach gear available as well. Our on island manager is available to make your dream vacation spectacular!

The local community and tourists like to gather by the resort at sunset that may or may not disrupt your quiet time. Mahalo!

Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.

Any bookings longer than 7 days will be charged a $200 mid- cleaning fee. Our staff will come and do a "refresh" during your stay.
