After a long flight, you turn the key to the door of your new vacation home and step inside. After putting your bags down, you're drawn to the beaming natural light coming through the sliding glass door at the oceanfront end of the condo. You unlock the door and step out onto the lanai, looking in awe at the rocky sea cliffs to the east and the beautiful Poipu Beach Park to the west. Sea breezes and sunbeams brush your hair and face, the sound of the waves below you fill the air with Kauai's oceanic symphony. You have arrived.

Returning inside, you find your beautifully upgraded and updated vacation home. The owner has spared no expense to make sure that this slice of island living is replete with exquisite furnishing and details alike. Recent remodels and upgrades have taken 303A to a new level of luxury. The fully-stocked kitchen has been completely remodeled: exotic Zebra wood cabinets were installed alongside new countertops and new appliances. New pillowtop tile was installed throughout the living areas, which is cool and comfortable to the touch. Granite capping to the washer and dryer was installed along with new cabinets above. The main bedroom was completely remodeled alongside an overhaul of the bathroom as well. Finally, the entire unit was repainted to tie the bow on this incredible property.

At 303A, you'll awake every morning to the scenes of the ocean right out of the bedroom window in the main bedroom. The unit is air conditioned in the main bedroom and living areas, so your stay will always be perfectly comfortable and welcoming. As the ocean breezes flow through the unit, you'll feel completely at home in this vacation home. Between this exquisite property and the heated pool atop the rocky shore, you'll never forget your stay at 303A.

When you're ready to head to world famous Poipu Beach, you'll be provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for a beautiful day in the waves. Poipu Beach Park itself is a five-minute walk away Poipu Shores, and you'll love the oceanfront path that leads from the complex to the beach. Along the way, you'll see the bodysurfers at Brennecke's Beach, get some snorkel gear at Nukumoi Surf Shop, grab some shave or lunch at the restaurant next door, and finally see all the sea life in the water.

Excellent communication from the time we booked. This place sits right in the shore and the crashing waves were so peaceful. We saw turtles daily and enjoyed the short walk to Poipu. The place is well stocked with all you need.

Beautiful View!

We loved the condo which is right on the shore with an amazing view. We loved spotting the turtles in the waves from the balcony. There was easy access to the beach and several restaurants were within walking distance. Bring your snorkeling gear and water shoes. We saw many types of large fish between the condo and the Marriott.

Incredible room that met or exceeded all our expectations. Spectacular view of crashing waves from the lanai and master bedroom. Poipu beach was a quick and easy walk from complex. Rooms were clean and each had an A/C (master, spare, and living room). The pool was clean and heated. Overall a perfect set up for our family of 4.

Better than expected

This was our first trip to Kauai and this location was perfect. Whether it was sitting on the lanai and watching turtles and whales, walking down to the beach and seeing where the turtles sleep and having a PukaDog, or just being in close proximity to countless other activities. This was an amazing trip.

Location location!

This property may be the closest available condo within walking distance of Brennecke and Poipu Beach, which is a great way to start the day. It has an amazing view of the ocean! We enjoyed the pool and the balcony. The back bedroom was stuffy but we were told that air conditioning is being installed this week! The parking places are small but the location is convenient for driving to the grocery store, to other beaches or even to Waimea Canyon, which we did on 2 separate occasions. Overall we would recommend this VRBO.

Anniversary trip!

What a gorgeous location this is! We had a lovely balcony and watched whales, dolphins and large sea turtles each day. Everything was clean & well taken care of. Our contact Parker checked in several times and was always available to help when needed. Highly recommend this location & accommodations!

Mesmerizing

Mesmerizing. The location of this property is fantastic. We watched the waves pounding the dramatic lava rocks just below for hours, enjoying the turtles swimming in the currents. Inside, the unit was quite nice, with quality furnishings and good A/C. The proximity to Brennecke's and Poipu beaches made it easy to access them, and the Poipu lifestyle was easy to slip into. 5 stars!

Breathtaking View

We had a fabulous time. The pictures canā€™t possibly do the amazing view justice. The constant crashing of the waves below us was both mesmerizing and therapeutic. We could have stayed on the lanai all day, but there was to much to do and explore nearby. The condo was well stocked with supplies and very comfortable. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Poipu Bay

The property was clean and exactly like the pictures. Beautiful ocean side condo. Before booking I was hesitant about the AC situation. Some reviews said the back bed room was too hot while others said it was fine with fans. It was in fact too hot. It was the only issue we had. My two teenagers had all fans going and we couldn't get the room down below 79 degrees. It was miserable to sleep in. Other than that though, it was perfect - just be aware of the back bedroom.

Kauai summer vacation

We enjoyed waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean crashing on the black rocks. The VRBO was perfect for our family and conveniently located to all our activities. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the owner. I would highly recommend staying at Poipu Shores 303A.

TURTLES AND DOLPHINS AND RAINBOWSā€¦OH MY! We cannot say enough about this condo. The location and views were absolutely incredible: sea turtles all day, spinner dolphins, and multiple rainbows that stretched across the sky. The complex itself was well maintained, including the gorgeous pool sitting right above the waves. And the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for cooking meals up to our high standards. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommended. 10 stars on a scale of 1-5. This was our first trip to Kauai and it exceeded expectations on all counts. The condo and property was incredible. Sea Turtles swimming in the ocean right off the balcony. Waves crashing into the rocks. Perfect vacation. The service and accommodation by the property management was great to check to see if we needed anything. Nope we didnā€™t need anything. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

Kauai Dream

This condo was everything we could have wanted. It was clean, beautiful, and exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed. The host was the best we have ever had. He began communicating with us a month before our trip and was so helpful! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. The views were absolutely stunning! Sea turtles and rainbows every morning from the balcony! The pool was delightful and gorgeous too! Five stars all the way!

The views are nothing less than breathtaking. A small boutique complex with only 39 condos in 3 oceanfront buildings. Our heated oceanfront pool is the envy of most condos on the south shore.
