Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining area accommodates 6 guests, while the living room invites you to relax on the sofa and love seat in front of the large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi ensures everyone can stay connected during your stay.

The villa offers a private splash pool perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for comfort: a downstairs guest suite with a King bed and TV, and upstairs, two King suites and a Mickey Mouse-themed twin bedroom for the kids. • SELF-CATERING:
This home is self-catering. We recommend stopping by a nearby supermarket to pick up any personal toiletries and groceries you may need during your stay.


• HOUSEKEEPING:
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the property undergoes a thorough professional cleaning and inspection. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an extra fee.


• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
