Delightful modern 4 bed, 3 bath villa with private pool/spa and lake view.

Our luxury villa is located in the quiet enclave of Lake Berkley Resort, Kissimmee. This a gated and secure development with a guard present 24 hours per day. The villa is single storey with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and its own private pool and spa and overlooks a small lake at the rear and a conservation area and as a consequence have great privacy. The lake attracts abundant wildlife and birds. Common sightings include alligators, turtles, otters, deer, ospreys and bald eagles. The pool and spa (its not a hot tub) can be heated but pool heating is charged separately (£110 per week). The pool is heated to 86F and the spa to 102F. We have two sun loungers, two recliners and four outdoor comfortable chairs with an outdoor table for dining on the pool deck. A gas grill/BBQ is available and free to use for guests. A tennis court (free to holiday makers) is within 50 yards of our home. Four tennis rackets and several balls are available in the villa for use by guests. Moreover we also have 4 pickle bats. We also have lots of golf balls for those interested in a few rounds!
The villa is fully air conditioned with decor and furnishings to the highest standard with lots of recent upgrades including: new beds and bedroom furniture and all bathrooms have been fully re-modeled. The villa has a formal dining room and dining kitchen area as well as a breakfast bar. The kitchen has a large electric oven and hob, microwave oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All kitchen utensils, crockery, glasses etc are provided. The living area has an “L shaped” sectional sofa with a 65 inch HD TV and embedded Roku. TVs with Roku streaming sticks are also available in the master and second main bedrooms.The Master bedroom has Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom and TV and a 'hotel type' safe which is large enough to accommodate a lap top computer. There are twin single beds in second and third bedrooms; with an adjacent bathroom. Bedroom four also has a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom and TV. A crib is available if required and we also have a stroller and high chair. Whirlpool washing machine and tumble dryer are available and free to use in the garage. No pets or smoking are allowed.Guests should note that stays of less than one week incur an additional £110 cleaning fee.Things to do near Lake Berkley's Resort. There is an endless list of things to do in Kissimmee / Orlando. You will find theme parks (Disney World (approx 15 mins away), Universal Studios (approx 35 mins away, etc.), water parks (Blizzard Beach, Typhon Lagoon, Aquatica, Volcano Bay etc.), dinner shows (Medieval Times, Arabian Nights, etc.). Animal attractions (Animal Kingdom, Seaworld, Discovery Cove (swim with dolphins, etc.), major entertainment (Islands of Adventure, Disney Springs, etc.) and much, much more....You can travel to the beaches, visit the Kennedy Space Centre, enjoy the thrills at Bush Gardens (Rollercoaster Park)...or you can play golf, go horseback riding, play tennis or volleyball, kayaking (Shingle Creek is about 5 mins away), go shopping, go clubbing at night, or you can just lay back and soak up some sun next to your own private pool...you see...Once you come, you will see first hand why it is considered one of the largest tourist attractions on the planet!
