Everything was great except for the one bathroom floor maybe could have been swept more. Other than that, the house was great, my family enjoyed it and had a great time. Would stay here again.

Great house

Great house to stay in to do all Niagara Falls had to offer. Easy to drive to all the attractions and very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with owners and had everything we needed.Would recommend taking your own toiletries, but i always do because of sensitive skin.

We had a wonderful overnight in Niagara. The house is pretty and comfortable with plants of room. It is conveniently located to the falls and the aquarium. Getting in and out was a breeze. And rhe falls are amazing!

Overall we enjoyed our stay

House was in good condition. Beds were nice as well. Just couple of things that I wanted to make you aware. Some ants were spotted and only mirror in the house was in the bathrooms and also it was too high. Otherwise, we had excellent experience.

Place was spacious and convenient

The house was well maintained, well kept, and spacious. There was no dishwasher or laundry for a big group those things would have been nice. Kitchen was very limited with cooking pans. Kitchen is fine, but not much area to cook with so I would not plan to make meals there. Lots of towels and the temperature of house and water was great. Unfortunately the location and most of the city of Niagara Falls is not clean and we did not feel very safe particularly in the neighborhood. Lots of condemned and boarded up places, very old area.

Adequate--We would stay again.

Top 2 things: The home was CLEAN and close to our destination, Niagara Falls. We were only there for about 16 hours and it met our needs. Off street parking was nice. If you want attention to detail and an attentive host you will be disappointed. It's clear it is ran by a property management company not an individual. No extra blankets/pillows. Pillows/throws in the pictures aren't there (disclaimer to this on the listing). Light switches were hard to find--behind the fridge & bedroom door when opened. Unable to close 1 bedroom door without moving the bed. No mirrors in bedrooms. Shampoo/soap provided was 3 in 1 body wash/shampoo in a bottle with a broken lid. In one of their lengthy messages they tell you if you need anything else to contact them, but to do so before arrival because they don't have "round the clock service". It's hard to know what you need before you get there. I didn't know I would like an extra pillow until I saw the pillows on the bed. Communication was good prior to our visit. I wanted to use a different credit card for the 2nd payment. I messaged them and received a response from a person. Any communication after that appeared to be from a chatbot. Lots of messages going into the inbox I felt were irrelevant and definitely not "need to know" Made it more likely you would miss the "need to know" stuff. Like I said though, this rental served our purposes, we needed a clean place to sleep and shower. Would stay again for 1 night, but not for a week.

Perfect for a large group

Niagara was a nice meeting point for us to vacation with friends -- there was plenty of space for two families (5 kids total) and close to all the attractions.

Really nice place with lots of bedrooms within walking distance of the casino. Not a lot to do in the area surprisingly but it was November. Was a good base camp to catch the bus to the bills game.

Great weekend!

Property was great for our weekend. Great location as everything was nearby. Only suggestion would be is that all the kitchen pots need an upgrade. Keep the basic salt and pepper on hand. We left a set for the next guests. Would recommend and stay here again.

Just as described. Not far from Aquarium

Driveway possibly fits 3 cars. Very close to Aquarium and Falls. Aquarium parking is $5 a day. Area was quiet. Management responds to all messages. Enough room for a big family. We were a group of 10 and still had one room to spare.

Beautiful home, scary neighborhood

The home was beautiful and well-kept. The only issue we had with the property itself was that one of the upstairs bedroom box fans had a broken back, but there were several other fans and even AC units in the upstairs bedrooms. This was a wonderful home, just wish it was in a different neighborhood, but we are from cow country and that likely played a role in our comfort with the neighborhood.

Niagra Falls Family Trip

The overall experience with the property went well. The home was very clean, spacious and in great condition on the inside. The landscaping definitely needs to be addressed and the gate leading into the driveway needed to be repaired because it was hanging off the hinges. The home was definitely a diamond in the rough. The close proximity to the falls, attractions and activities was perfect. One last thing, we preferred a K-Cup machine versus a coffee maker. We would definitely rent this property again.

Nice house

I stayed here for 4 days with my family- a group of 7. The house is recently redone and clean and spacious. There are plenty of bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Long driveway for parking so you sit. Have to worry about street parking rules. The hospitality company is very attentive and responded quickly to any questions and needs including restarting the i tenet when it was not working g our first night. The house has central AC but it does not work very well on the 2nd floor so the first floor will be freezing and upstairs just getting cool but there are plenty of fans in the house to help with this. The neighborhood is less than desirable but did not feel frankly unsafe. The home is next to a community center so the first night it was a little noisy but after that was quiet. Overall a nice stay.

It was not good

1. Itā€™s very close to Niagara Falls only 4 minutes driving. 2. All rooms and bathrooms doors are very difficult to close. 3. They donā€™t have sufficient kitchen stuff for more than 2 people. 4. Air condition was not working on first floor. 5. They donā€™t have any carpet on the floor and kids canā€™t sit or play on the floor that is why if you have kid you should bring carpet yourself. 6. They mentioned they have paper towels and garbage bag, but I didnā€™t see any paper towels and garbage bag I see only 2. 7. Itā€™s doesnā€™t looks like good area. 8. The property owner responded me very quick when I had a some issue. 9. I requested to extra 2 hours for checking out and they give me that time.

Has Potential!

The check in process was easy. Upon arriving at the house I realized it was very hot inside and I message the property owner. They said to make sure the snowflake setting was on the thermostat. It was and I turned it as low as it would go to see if it would kick on. I did some inspecting and noticed that outside the unit it was completely froze and over. I let property manager know & they got a tech out the next morning. However the unit required parts that would not arrive during my stay. They offered another property but it only had four bedrooms and we needed at least 5. So I declined. There were fans that we were able to plug up and night time was not too bad but during the day it was very HOT. We didnā€™t spend much time in the house during the day to be honest so it wasnā€™t a huge deal. On the last day they did have another property become available that would have been large enough but I declined because it was our last day of a short vacation and really just didnā€™t want to take the time to pack everything, load up and move everything over. It would have taken at least 2 trips. They did not offer to adjust the bill at all or discount a future stay. The cookware was terrible, scratched up and everything sticks. Some were still dirty from the tenant before and there were no large pots to cook for a large group which for a house that sleeps 14 you would expect a few large pots. The house appeared clean when we got there but we take our shoes off and our socks were black from walking on the floor. There was no hand sanitizer or disinfectant wipes as stated in description. There were no sponges or dish cloths to do dishes. Not enough TP in the bathroom. It is right next to a building that says YMCA but it seems to be like an apartment complex. The people that live in are very loud in the morning children crying, parents screaming at children. The surrounding neighborhood is not very clean, some abandon houses & a lot of blight. It is a convenient location to the falls. A very short drive and technically you could walk to the falls but I donā€™t think Iā€™d recommend walking at nighttime. It is nicely decorated and very spacious. If the cleaning lady were to step up her game a little bit, they update the cookware some so that itā€™s usable and maybe leave an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms it would be much more accommodating. Despite the few bad things we still had a great time on our vacation we didnā€™t let it get us down.

Nice property

Overall our stay was great close access to all the fun in Niagara. My only concern was the upstairs was very hot we had to buy fans to sleep comfortably at night , the beds were directly on the floor that made it harder for the grandparents to get up from, and to cook we had to buy more pots as the ones there were very small. But the house was clean and stocked with plenty of towels (could have more wash clothes) .

Great place!

Beautiful yard and private parking. The inside was updated and roomy. Decor and furniture was top notch! So many bedrooms and the bathrooms were beautiful. The upstairs was very hot the first night but after contacting the owners we received fans immediately which did the trick. We had a great stay and would book again.
