The house offers 6 spacious rooms on two levels, “A” and “B”, each with its own staircase:

Ground floor:

- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160 × 200) and a bathroom with sink and bathtub
- Separate toilet
- Living and dining area with a table for 8 to 10 people
- Well-equipped kitchen with four induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, freezer, coffee maker; crockery and cutlery for 10 people
- Small utility room with washing machine

Upper floor “A”:

- Mezzanine above the living room with a second, very comfortable lounge, including TV, radio, CD player, stereo system, and DVD player
Sofa bed for a ninth person.
- Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) and bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upper floor “B”:

- A landing leads to two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds;
- a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet

Electric heating. Wood-burning stove. (*)

Internet (Wi-Fi). Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, portable barbecue.

Also available: iron, hairdryer, high baby chair, baby cot, toys, and books.

Large property. Easy private parking (4 spaces).

Non-smoking house. Smoke detectors installed.

(*): Electric heating included in the price. Please use it responsibly and turn off the radiators when windows are open or rooms are unoccupied.
Wood-burning stove available in the living room. Firewood is not provided and is at the guests’ expense.
