Daisy's Cozy Coastal Cottage located walking distance to the Village Area.

This three bedroom beach cottage offers all the luxury, warmth and charm needed to enjoy our wonderful island. Located in the desirable village area, on a quiet private road, we have location, location, location. Our house offers a Master on Main and chef's dream kitchen. Our home is less than three blocks from the Village. Within minutes you can walk to the ocean, lighthouse, pier, Neptune Park Pool, St. Simons Park, and village shops, playgrounds and restaurants as they are all very close by.

Tastefully decorated to accentuate all of the builders upgrades including heart of pine flooring, and a remodeled chef's kitchen in 2025, this is our home away from home. 2025 Kitchen has been updated with upscale appliances- Wolf 6 burner Gas Range, Convection Oven, High-end Microwave, Bosch dishwasher and wine fridge. We have also added a big screen Smart TV with theatre sound to the living area with new roomy couches to relax in front of the warm fireplace.

Sleeping accommodations:
There is a plush king bed on the main level. Upstairs there is a plush queen, two singles, and a fold-out couches that can accommodate a total of up to eight guests including children. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower, and the downstairs master also has an oversized tub. We hope you enjoy all of the little things we have provided so that adults and families can enjoy it as much as we do.

For those who have never been to St. Simons, it is the most peaceful beach destination there is. It is not commercialized, and very relaxing. Historic sites, village shopping, a lighthouse, fishing from the pier for fishermen and site seers alike, and many restaurants all within walking distance of our home. There are several beautiful public and private golf courses on the island. For those who want to enjoy the ocean activities or intercoastal waterway; swimming, boating, charter fishing and kayaking are all near by.

Complete with everything needed to enjoy one or more weeks on the island, or just an extended weekend getaway, our place is perfect for a family or couples. We're sure you will love it! For large family gathers, we have a separate property nearby that can be booked as well. Please feel free to inquire about details if needed.

Yes it was fantastic! The cottage like feel of the place was great. The kitchen was fully supplied and the place was cozy and comfortable. The location could not have been better! I would highly recommend this location.

We loved Daisy’s Cottage- the “cozy” was completely accurate! The beds and pillows were super comfy, nice fluffy white towels, and we could walk to downtown and the pier in five minutes. The newly renovated kitchen is amazing and fully stocked — a chef’s dream. What a fabulous home away from home. Thank you!

The location is perfect. Close enough to walk or bike to most things. The beaches were nice and not very crowded which was better than FL! The cottage is adorable and very nice! Perfect for families and definitely chefs! The updated kitchen was a real treat! Loved staying here and would definitely come back again.

Our Favorite place to stay on the island!

My family has been going to the island for many years. We have stayed at many different places. But there is nothing quite like this place. We stayed before the kitchen remodel and now after. Let me tell you, it is beautiful! Perfect place to stay in st Simon’s! Can’t wait to come back next year.

Summer in St. Simons

This is about the fifth time we have stayed at this property and have enjoyed it every time. It is close to the beach and the Village shopping and restaurants. The remodeled kitchen and living area were a pleasant surprise this year.I am sure we will be back again next year.

I've Got Fish Fever

This is one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in! The house is so quaint and cozy, but is also beautifully updated and modern. The kitchen is amazing! If you like cooking, you will love doing it in this kitchen. The location is hard to beat as well. It feels very private but is close to the main downtown on SSI and is very close walking distance to beach access. Do yourself a favor and stay here on your next trip to Saint Simon!

Great family house for beach trip

Great house for beach trip to beautiful SSI! The first floor is impeccably updated with a fabulous kitchen! Spacious master on first floor. House has everything you may need including beach chairs! It was a very short walk to the pier but far enough away on a quiet street. My family is already taking about going back next year!

Great location, relaxing weekend

We were 2 couples meeting at SSI from ATL and SC. The cottage was clean in all the important places - beds and baths, kitchen. Although older it is cute and so very convenient to the lighthouse and village. The Porch Restaurant and Three Little Birds are a block or 2 away and so is ice cream! Have a cocktail at the lighthouse at sunset! Walk at the nearby park. It is a dreamy setting. Stay here! Sit on the porch and relax. Owners are great to deal with.

Comfortable older cottage close to beach and village

We had a wonderful two-week stay on St. Simons Island and enjoyed being able to walk to the village and its pier from this cottage in a quiet neighborhood. The cottage was just as advertised and the owners were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming St. Simons House

Excellent location, on quiet residential street in beautiful neighbourhood with live oaks, just a few minutes walk from centre of St, Simons village and beach. Charming house, conveniently set up for family group. We enjoyed having breakfast and afternoon drinks on the porch.

Great location

Here are the pros and cons of the house. We were able to handle all the cons without a call to management/owner. I assume some of the stuff the owner may not be aware of. The pros: 1. The location was awesome. 2. Walking distance to the pier, shops, and food. 3. 3 bedroom with space to spread out. 4. Plenty of floats, chairs and sandcastle making items. 5. AC was cold (bbbrrr). 6. Washer and dryer worked wonderfully. 7. Large front porch. 8. Master on main and plenty of room with a comfortable bed. The cons: 1. Parking for 1 vehicle only. We parked other vehicles in a parking a lot up the street (rented a golf cart). 2. Main bathroom on second floor shower did not work (2 showers up there so not a big deal). 3. The house was dirty. (Sand on the floors and couch). 4. No yard. 5. No extra sheets, towels, or linens. 6. Internet was in and out (not a big deal as I used my hotspot while I had to work). 7. Large stain on the carpet upstairs. (Not a deal breaker by any means( 8. The house smelled like a closed up basement. A. There was an air purifier but the change filter light was on. We cleaned it out the best we could. B. Normally wouldn’t bother me, but my daughter has allergenic asthma and mold, dust and such cause it to act up. I would suggest if you stay here, get there early enough to open windows to air it out, bring cleaning stuff and your own linens and towels. This is what we did on day 2 of our 6 days was clean and air out.

Great!!

We had a great time for our long weekend stay! Check in was super easy, and communication with owner was quick and efficient. House was close to the pier area and we really enjoyed the front porch- only one chair and a swing which can seat two. We used our bag chairs that we keep in our car too. Overall, great house and we will be returning soon!

Enjoyable long weekend

Very nice stay for adults and children, house very clean, stocked well for us. The location is very nice, quiet but a short walk to restaurants, shopping, the lighthouse and pier. We walked with small children easily. Love sitting on the front porch swing to wind down at the end of the day or beginning for coffee time. Games and books stocked (all my favorites), No issue for us with hot water, beds comfortable. I recommend it for families and I am sure we will visit again.

Great house in a perfect location to all St. Simon Island has to offer!

Perfect location and short walk to everywhere you want to go. Had all the amnesties of home and the owner was easy to communicate with. Will definitely be coming back to St. Simon Island and this house!!

You will be renting directly from the owner, so if there is anything needed during your stay, you will not be dealing with a large rental company, but someone who knows all the details of our property and will do everything needed to make your visit as pleasurable as possible.

This property is located at the end of a private road. It is very peaceful and secluded with a view of two very nice cottages across the street from our front porch. Parking allows for up to 3 cars and is right in front of the house for very convenient loading and unloading.

Unlike many condos and townhomes, this is a private home with parking right out front. No large staircases or elevators needed to get your belongings in and out. The property also offers a small, fenced back yard if needed.
