If you leave the yard and cross the road, you will come to another fenced yard where you have a swimming pool, a covered terrace with a summer kitchen, a toilet and a corner for children's entertainment. The pool is used exclusively by guests of house CIC316. The location is ideal for an active holiday and a good starting point for exploring the surrounding area. If you head west, you will be greeted by beautiful Rovinj and its picturesque old town. To the east, tourist Rabac and numerous bays with beautiful beaches and crystal-clear sea await you. If you head south, you will arrive in Pula, where there are many monuments from the past, such as the Roman amphitheatre. In the north, there are picturesque medieval towns such as Motovun, where an international film festival is held every year at the end of July. Travelling along the Istrian peninsula, you will come across many wine roads and local taverns offering local delicacies. It is certainly a good way to get to know the local traditions and customs. Visit the nearby Uka Nature Park, where you can enjoy the extraordinary nature adorned with many protected and rare animal and plant species.
