Enjoy your stay in this updated 2-story house with a Guesthouse, which is both minutes from the beach and downtowns Atlantic Ave. This property is close enough to the action but also located in a quiet neighborhood where you and your family/friends can enjoy a private setting.

The main house is 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath, there is also a small room connected to the master that is considered the second bedroom which is separated by a barn door, it has a balcony a day bed and a queen size automatic blow up mattress for added comfort if needed. The Master and second bedroom have only one entrance through the Master. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a balcony, and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds with a full size on the lower and a twin size on the upper. The sofa in the living room turns into a bed with close proximity to the half bath.

The house has 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. There is also a convenient laundry room in the living room area.

*Note all showers and bedrooms are on the 2nd floor in the main house.


The Guesthouse which is behind the main house has 3 bedrooms 2 bed rooms each with a queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has 1 Sofa Bed and a queen size automatic air mattress for added comfort if needed, this room also serves as a small office space.

There is 1 full bathroom and a full kitchen, and it also has its own laundry room outback. The guest house does have its own private patio space for you to enjoy the outdoors separated from the main house.

There are outdoor seating and grilling stations in each house. Beach/ lounge chairs are available. ( Propane fill and or refill will be tenant responsibility)

Smart TVs and internet are available in both houses.

The main house has a central HVAC system with both Ac and Heat.
Guesthouse has Ac units throughout the space and an electric fireplace.
