You've found the perfect spot for your get away! This luxurious one bedroom has it all! A brand new adjustable queen bed in the master bedroom and pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room. This condo is the perfect downtown Breckenridge getaway location. Just half a block to Main St. with one parking spot in the alley or covered garage for you to use! Park your vehicle and take in all Breckenridge has to offer! Just a 5 minute walk to the base of the Peak 9/Mercury/Quicksilver lifts or hop on the town trolley to the Gondola and be whisked away to the base of Peak 7 or 8! Shopping, restaurants, bars, are all just out the door! StayLTD manages multiple condos in this complex so bring a group of friends and you can all be close but have your own rooms!
The WiFi is dedicated to this unit and super fast. Theres laundry facilities down the hallway, making this a great spot for your Work From Home Adventures Ask StayLTD about our monthly rates.
This property, and all Stay Living the Dream properties, is equipped with "contact free self check-in and check-out." You will be emailed a secure code for accessing the property ensuring your property is clean, sanitized beyond the CDC guidelines and safe for your stay.

We had a wonderful stay with our two small children! It was exactly as advertised and very clean, bed was very comfortable and so was the sleeper sofa bed! Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything! Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend staying here.

This property is located across the street from Breckenridge Market and one block from Main Street. It was extremely clean with all the amenities I needed. Very comfortable with secure access.

Perfect Location!

We had a great stay! Location to Main Street, the Grocery Store, Beaver Run, and Gondola were all within walking distance. The condo itself was super clean and updated, (as pictured on the VRBO site.) So many restaurants and shops to visit. Very pleased with our decision to stay at “Living the Dream”!

Great Clean Place - Centrally Located

This place was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Very easy to get in and settled. Recently updated and very comfy and bright. Bed was extremely comfortable and lots of amenities that made the stay wonderful. I highly recommend this close to main street adorable condo.

Christmas Vacation

Perfect location for everything Breckenridge offers. One block from Main St. Took my daughters there to experience snow and the Christmas vibes as the whole downtown is covered in lights. Highly recommended and Brett was an awesome host.

Short Stay

Nice place, looked exactly like it did in the pictures, perfectly located. A bit of a smell in the common areas when you walk in, but not too bad. Woke up every morning with dogs barking from the neighbors in the unit close to us, around 7 AM.

Thanks, glad you found our condo to be clean and in a great location in town. Unfortuanately I can't do much about hallway smells from a neighbors unit like dinner etc and don't know the neighbors since its a rental as well. Glad everything I had control over was on point. See you next time.

Great location, comfortable place. The bathroom was a bit of a challenge as it’s quite narrow. My only issue was getting no response from the contact regarding the dryer.

Thanks for the stay Christine, you messaged us at 11pm after quiet hours when the dryers shouldn't be used in the community area regarding the dryer and we replied at 6am when we awoke. We conversed a bit about it not sure why you said we never responded.

Excellent property in an excellent location

We were very satisfied with our weekend stay in Breck at this property. For myself and my son, it was the perfect size for the two of us. No issues with noise/disturbances from neighboring units. Easy parking access. Awesome to have a market right across the street and a very short walk to main street for a variety of restaurants, coffee, and shops.

Better in person!

Much more spacious in person! Well equipped with everything we could have asked for including a pack n play, fan, humidifier, all kitchen necessities, and more. Across the street from grocery store and half a block up from main street Breck! Loved this rental, and so did our kids!

Great Location!

We did really like the location in proximity to the downtown area. We were able to walk everywhere with coffee and pastries just accross the street. The apartment is very clean and nicely remodeled, the couch was somewhat comfortable however there were no sheets or pillows for the pullout bed. We ended up buying a throw blanket to have something while relaxing in the apartment. There was alot of pot smoke small in the hallway from other tenants not in the apartment. I would recommend making sure you find the "how to get in" email before arriving to the apartment, we could not find the email and once we did find it we could not open the document to get the information, we called several times without an answer, we left voice messages, we talked to Brett once he said the codes are in the email and then we got cut off. Anyway after a few hours of debating what we were going to do, We thought we would check in our lap top and I was able to get into my spam email and open the document, I'm glad we had our laptop. It's partially our fault we should have checked in our spam before we left and found the codes however somtimes they do not send them until a few hours before check in so I didnt think anything of it. Anyway, Brett did reach out later that night and said he was traveling. Maybe send the info through the VRBO App we could get to that while we were there. However, our stay was very nice the apartment is small but nicely updated, very very clean, comfortable bed, and within walking distance to all the local bars and restaurants! We had a great time!

Glad you enjoyed your stay, all the upgrades, and proximity to town. A few of your frustrations were out of my control and we did provide all the check in info 2 days before your arrival with pics. I was in a bad service area when you were trying to check in but glad you overcame your tech issues that were again out of my control. As you described, the condo was clean, ready, and well set up for you. (The pull out sheets were in the closet next to the bed for you). Safe Travels - Brett - Stay Living the Dream.
