The family room is the heart of Peak View Retreat. Vaulted ceilings and dramatic timber architecture rise above the open living area, while large windows bring in natural Colorado light and views toward Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Gather by the gas fireplace, share wine and stories from the day, settle in for a movie, or start planning tomorrow's adventure. The open kitchen and dining area keep everyone connected while still giving the group room to spread out.

Cook, Eat & Stay Together -
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and everything needed for meals at home.

Make breakfast before first chair, put together après-ski snacks when everyone gets back, or cook dinner while the rest of the group gathers nearby. The open layout means whoever is cooking stays part of what's happening.

Top-Floor Mountain-Lodge Living -
Peak View Retreat's two-story, top-floor layout gives the home a sense of space that's difficult to capture in a bedroom count.

Multiple sleeping areas give families and groups flexibility, while the two levels allow everyone to spread out without losing the shared spaces that bring everyone back together.

And with no one living above you, your top-floor retreat really does feel like your own place at the end of the day.

After skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring town, come home to spacious bathrooms and full-size in-unit laundry for keeping ski clothes and adventure gear ready for tomorrow.

Your private heated garage protects your vehicle and gives you secure storage for skis, snowboards, bikes, and mountain gear. An additional reserved parking space gives your group room for a second vehicle.

The heated snowmelt parking areas and walkways make winter arrivals easier—less dealing with snow and ice and more time enjoying Breckenridge.

Soak After the Mountain -
Guests have access to The large outdoor community hot tubs. Grab a towel and soak under the Colorado sky after a full day outside.

Peak 9, the Quicksilver Lift, ski school, historic Main Street, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are all within an easy walk.

That gives everyone freedom to experience Breckenridge their own way. Some can head for first chair while others sleep in. Walk into town for dinner or shopping. Stay for another drink while someone else heads home. No coordinating the entire group's day around cars, parking, or pickups.

And when the evening is over, walk home from Main Street to the quieter south end of town and leave the late-night noise behind.
