The Seal Rock Cottage is a wonderful oceanfront one level home and the perfect beach getaway for friends and family. Perched on a bluff overlooking the ocean, you can stay inside and watch the moods of the ocean from the wall of windows that flood the living room with light or relax on your deck, sit back and lounge in the sunshine.

The inviting open floor plan offers a comfy living room, a large inviting dining table for sharing meals, and a well-appointed kitchen. The wood burning fireplace provides extra comfort and ambiance while watching a storm roll in. The master bedroom has plenty of space with an ensuite bath, king bed, extra seating and a peek of the ocean. The second bedroom is a lovely room with a queen bed and a bath across the hall. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms you will be sure to be comfortable as can be during your stay. The separate game room offers plenty to do after spending the day exploring the coast. Choose from ping pong, foosball, Connect Four or an arcade game that includes Pac-Man to enjoy during your stay.

Outdoor adventure abounds in this area. Beach access can be found just a short walk down Raspberry Lane or take on the more challenging path at the end of Huckleberry Lane. There are great tide pools nearby at Seal Rock State Recreation Area. Bring your kayaks and standup paddleboards because this home is a short 2 minute drive north to Brian Booth State Park and the gorgeous Beaver Creek area, popular for paddle sports and wildlife viewing. You are just a short drive to Newport where you can visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Yaquina Head Lighthouse, or walk along a working bay front and enjoy fresh seafood either cooked to perfection onsite or bought off a boat for you to prepare at home. While in Newport, hop over to historic Nye Beach for additional shopping and restaurant enjoyment!

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
