Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN!

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf). Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river.

Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.

There is also a hot tub for your enjoyment! Must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by an adult.

We love pets and especially puppies but do not allow puppies. We also are not allowed to have aggressive dog breeds on property. For example, not allowed to have Rottweiler, doberman, pit bull, German Shepard, etc. If you’re dog is questionable please ask us. There are kids around the property at different times and they can be easily intimidated. All dogs permissible must be kept on a leash.

It is our policy that only guests with reservations may be on the property. This rule is set in place for the safety of all our guests staying on our property at Watauga River. This rule also keeps our property private, peaceful, and intimate for our guests. Our policy requires any parties or events to be pre-approved.
