Brown’s Vacation 2025

We had a wonderful time with our family. Everything was as expected. Kitchen was a little small, but was workable. Look forward to staying there again.

Amazing place and location!

Very satisfied with this property! Very clean and spacious. Family had a blast and loved the beach side pool and beach. Grills were in excellent condition and communication was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful November girls weekend!

Property is spacious. We were a group of 4 so we had our own rooms, though two rooms had two double beds so we definitely could’ve added more. The condo is beautifully decorated with a phenomenal western view perfect for sunset watching. Beds are comfortable with nice linens. Definitely recommend!

Fall Beach Trip 2024 Leeward Keys

This 4 bedroom unit was perfect for our family of 7 adults and a 6 month old child. The unit had all the essential needs for cooking although some of the cookware could use an update. I rated the cleanliness a 4 because there was some trashed left under the sofa and beds from the last cleanup. Over all this is a great unit and and location. Would stay again.

Making Memories

We made many memories in Leeward Key unit 901 - Our children and grandchildren are growing up fast and life is busy so to have time all together is priceless ! And this home gives you all the needs for everyone - Beautiful Home -Great sleeping arrangements - Plenty of room to spend around the table and living room and a well stocked Kitchen ! The view and beach and 2 pools are just the icing on the cake ! We will be back !

Floors were not clean. Mildew around tubs. Pans and bakeware need to be replaced. Handles missing off dressers. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable

Amazing!

This property is amazing and I would definitely stay again! It could use a few touch up’s here and there, but I believe they are in the process of doing that. You have access to two pools with one being by the beach and of course wonderful beach access. The kitchen is a little small if more than 2 people are in it. I would also recommend bringing your own pots and pans if you plan on doing a lot of cooking. They have some, but not very good quality.

The property is run down

The shower did not work. Took hours to repair. Never did repair the spare bedroom sink which ran all the time. Parking was a nightmare because the instructions they sent me were for a process that did not start for weeks. No passes in the room so they had to drop them by. Renee was nice but the beating and banging from the workmen next door was the final straw. We left early. Do not stay here. Way too run down!!!!

Bryan we are sorry that you visit included the shower repair. Fortunately, we were able to get it fixed quickly but I am truly sorry that you were inconvenienced. Also sorry that the new parking system caused you problems while we all adjust to the new logistics.

Annual Family Summer VACA

Great set up and location. Several things I noticed that can and should be fixed: 1) Toaster needs a knob to push down the bread. 2) Sliding doors slide very rough - need WD-40 or a lubricant - both in main room and master BR. 3) Would certainly be nice to provide beach towels and inexpensive beach chairs. Even if you charged for them up front and refunded that same amount back to CC account if all were returned and in good shape. 4) For what we pay, it's a joke that there are only two rolls of TP per bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, no kitchen trash bags, and no washing machine pods. And this is for 8-9 people FOR A WEEK ! 5) Table out on balcony has one leg that has been broken off about one inch from bottom. Someone previously tried taping something onto the end, but it teeters big time. It needs fixed. 6) Windows and sliding doors are filthy. I realize it's tough with the salt water, etc. in the wind, but a beautiful view is greatly curtained by dirty windows / doors.

Don't waste your money on beach service! Late Night Noise!

While the upgrades to the bedrooms, kitchen and living area were very nice, the bathrooms need some attention. The jetted tubs looked old and dirty. I will say the beds were new and very comfortable and there was ample seating in the living/dining rooms. The condo is decorated very tastefully. We have stayed at Leeward Key for the last 6 years and this is the first year we've had issues. We have always appreciated the beach service that is included and we usually purchase an extra set. This year we purchased two sets, which cost $499 for the week (not the $150 each that was listed on our info sheet). The real issue was that even though we paid for the set up, others were allowed to bring their own chairs, tents, umbrellas, etc. and set up right on the front row, in front of us, completely blocking the view. The rules say none of that is allowed. In the past they were asked to set up in the back. It just didn't make sense to pay and have to sit behind everyone who brought their own stuff. When I questioned the beach attendant about it, he said that people had given them so many problems when asked to move, that he was told to just let them do what they want. That is never a good way to approach an issue. The other issue was on our last night there. Someone right above us was partying so loud until the wee hours of the morning (after 1 am) that we couldn't sleep. I was under the impression that after 10pm was quiet time in the condo. Regardless, no one should play music that loud any time. Not only the music, but they were yelling and it sounded like they were hammering on something non stop. We hated to complain, but we had an early departure the following morning, so we tried calling the security number that was listed on the information sheet we were given. To our disappointment it was not a working number. Because of these two issues that we were unable to resolve, we will be hesitant to stay here again.

In the Words of Arnold Schwarzenegger: " I'll Be Back!!!!"

This condo was really great and so much better than the photos online. This is a great layout and we felt spread out which was very relaxing during the evenings when everyone is getting ready or some in the party wanted to go to sleep earlier than others. The view is better than it looks and two bedrooms had a really nice view. The condo was well stocked, the furniture was comfortable, Having the beach service and beach side pool with that VIEW was just so nice. We met the Manager Laura and she was very friendly and gave us lots of good recommendations for our stay. We will be back!!!
