Welcome to Main Street Escape, an AvantStay home!
This spacious and beautiful Old Townhome is in a perfect location right off historic Main Street and boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in more than 3,200 sq. ft. of luxury living space. The floor plan is perfect for larger groups and features commercial grade appliances (Viking & Sub-Zero), free WiFi, and plenty of seating in the kitchen, and a family room perfect for just relaxing after a long day of skiing or mountain biking.
As guests enter the home through the double car garage, they are greeted with a large entry area. Located on this level is one of the master bedrooms. This bedroom is situated with a king bed and brand new en suite. This newly remodeled bedroom features an HD flat-screen TV, luxury linens, and down valley views of Park City.
As guests make their way up the stairs they are greeted with the open main level living area. The kitchen, dining, and living area are all-inclusive providing an ideal entertaining space for groups of friends and families. The brand new kitchen features commercial grade appliances (Viking & SubZero), granite counter-tops, and is completely stocked with all supplies guests need. The spacious breakfast bar can accommodate 6, while the dining area can comfortably accommodate 10. The living space is arranged around a beautiful stone-faced fireplace and LCD TV. Located off of the dining area guests will find large glass sliding doors where they can access the brand new deck spanning the width of the living area providing great views of Deer Valley and Park City. The open, spacious, and beautifully decorated main-level living area is truly an incredible feature of this home. No detail was overlooked during the remodel as the generous and well-appointed main level was a focus to create an entertaining space, ideal for large families and groups of friends.
Additionally located on this level is the second Master Bedroom. The room is equipped with a brand new King bed, luxury linens, valley views of Park City, a spacious walk-in closet, and a brand new master en-suite. The master en-suite is situated with a free-standing tub, stand-up shower, double vanity sink, and a private toilet.
On the top level of the home, guests will find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an additional landing area. The landing area can be used as a second hang-out space as it is situated with a large couch and LCD TV. This space can also be converted into a sleeping area using the pull-out queen-sized bed. One of the bedrooms on this level comes outfitted with a King bed, LCD TV, closet, and direct access to the private patio outback. The additional bedroom on this floor is outfitted with a queen bed, LDC TV, closet, and direct access to the private patio. The bathroom on this level accommodates both bedrooms and sits off of the landing.
Located on the lowest level of the home is the fifth bedroom. This bedroom is appointed with two single beds, with two additional trundles accommodating 4 guests. This bedroom has a large flat-screen TV, an ideal room for kids to hang out in. Additionally, there is a full, brand new bathroom and laundry room located on this level.
The double-car garage is outfitted with ski racks, boot warmers, and plenty of storage for everyone to come home and shed their gear at the end of the day. The two-car driveway is heated, accommodating up to 4 cars at the home. Please note there are window air-conditioning units located in the bedrooms for the summer months.
Located at the top of Historic Main St in Park City, guests will enjoy the most convenient access in Park City to shopping, 5-star restaurants, and the shuttle in case they would like to do a little exploring or try any of the other Ski Resorts Park City has to offer, such as The Canyons or Deer Valley. The location of the house is unrivaled for events such as the Sundance Film Festival, the Kimball Arts Festival, the Tour of Utah, and many other events that take place on and around Main Street.
AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips!
Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This home does not have AC. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
Parking Details: The garage accommodates 2 cars. The driveway accommodates 2 cars. No street parking. There is a paid parking lot located across the street for additional parking.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Host very welcoming! Home was very nice and in perfect location near Main Street. Very clean on arrival. Each bedroom had own bathroom. One bathroom had steam shower which was nice.Balcony was great with large hot tub. Ping pong table in garage was a pleasant surprise and big hit with several members in our group. Only thing would like to have seen was a better coffee maker. Also want to point out filters above stove fell out couple times. Overall awesome home to stay at!

Amazing house & location
We had a group of 7 adults stay at this property and it was perfect. The bedrooms, common spaces, and furnishings are all high-end, and the hot tub is a nice touch. The house is just across from Main Street and was a perfect location for us to explore downtown, and it's just a short drive to Park City Mountain. I highly recommend staying here.

Incredibly BEAUTIFUL mountain home!
This was our first visit to Park City and enjoyed EVERY minute. This beautifully decorated home located at 240 Swede Aly exceeded ALL expectations. There was plenty of space for our families with comfortable accommodations in EACH room. The house is extremely convenient to Main Street and includes all amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Park City, Utah.

A home away from home! Perfect location!
This house is immaculate, we got to stay here with our 2 kids, and fell in love with Park City and this house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, which we did a lot. The beds were very comfortable, even the sleeper sofa had a comfy memory foam mattress. We walked to Main Street to eat, shop, and catch the free town trolley or go to the ski lift. After skiing they had boot dryers in their garage, and 2 hot tubs available. We look forward to staying here again In the future. It was appointed like a 5 star hotel.

Great location
Everything inside was first rate, from bedding, bathrooms, kitchen appliances and tableware. The queen bed on the first floor was not ideal for us, an senior couple that did not want to climb the stairs to higher floors where the king sized beds were located on much larger bedrooms. For other renters, one single person on the first floor would be more ideal.
Park Avenue in my view is the best street to stay, for walking to Main Street, and for easy exit and access to surrounding areas
AvantStay was a most helpful host, we needed more seating for a large number of guests , and they delivered a bridge table and 4 chairs within one hour of our request.

Perfect getaway home for any occasion!
Whether you're the first one on the lift in the mornings, or the first one on main street visiting the shops, you can't go wrong with this rental! We were lucky enough to stay in this newly remodeled home and our experience was more than we could have ever asked for. Located just steps from the top of main street, we were able to catch the bus/trolley right outside our door when we wanted to hit the slopes or walk right out onto main street when we were looking to shop or eat at the many amazing eateries main street has to offer. Besides the convenient location, the amenities in this home were top of the line. It was stocked with everything a ski home should offer and more. This home played a major part in making our Park City experience unforgettable and it will definitely be at the top of my list when I return!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This is an incredible property and I plan to recommend it highly to friends if they are ever visiting Park City. When we walked into the home , not only did the photos look exactly like it, but it exceeded our expectations. We greatly enjoyed spending time together in the living room / kitchen area (the couch was so comfortable and we all were able to spend time in the kitchen together while cooking), and everyone really enjoyed the rooms that they were staying in. The house is mere seconds from town and it was still very quiet at night.
Most importantly, AvantStay did an incredible job welcoming us to the property. It was my birthday and they went the extra mile with concierge services reaching out to me before hand to help with our stay and answer our questions. Last, they surprised us when we walked in with decorations which was not required at all but so appreciated.

Celebrity style accommodations! Superb location!
This home is phenomenal! There could not possibly be a home any more spectacular than this place was. Located just one block off Main Street, there was no need for our family to have a vehicle while we were there. The trolly picks you up on Main and takes you up to the lift. We have vacationed in Park City many times, but this place was by far the best place we have ever stayed. Without a doubt, rockstar accomadations! The view!! Four families lived comfortably for a full week with small children and teenagers. This home had been totally renovated down to every last detail! You will not be disappointed. The large balcony with the hot tub overlooking the city had to me our favorite, next to the large open floor plan with windows lining the living space with remote control privacy shades and heated floors. The owners spared no expense with this place! Worth every penny!

Awesome Home in a Great Location!
My family and I had the privilege of staying here on our latest ski vacation. The home was perfect. It had been completely remodeled and was very well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The layout was great and had plenty of room to spread out. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was just awesome. It was large enough for a place to gather and visit while preparing meals and had all the things needed to prepare and cook meals. The large bar was a very popular gathering place as was the family room with fire place. The home is located just across the street from the main street trolley and that provides transportation to the town lift and bus station if you wanted to go to the park city resort or deer valley. This is very important for larger groups that don't all ski at the same times. Also, for the non skiers you can take a leisurely stroll down main street with many shopping and eating opportunities. The garage has an awesome space to store all your skis with shelves for all your gear. There is a boot/glove drier that takes care of your wet items. You also have plenty of seating for putting on and taking off your ski gear. One of my favorite features was coming in from a long day of skiing and soaking in the hot tub off the deck overlooking main street. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for convenience to main street and easy access to the resorts during ski season. I will definitely come back and look forward to many more stays at this great property.

MISLEADING INFORMATION ABOUT NUMBER OF BEDS!!
DO NOT BELIEVE THE ADVERTISED NUMBER OF BEDS!!!! ONE OF MY GUESTS HAD TO CHECK INTO A HOTEL....
The number of beds in the small room is 2 NOT 4... There are tiny mattresses under the twin beds that you can theoretically pull out but that room is so tiny that there is no place to put them!! The house otherwise is good but if you plan to occupy every single bed in the house - be warned. Unfortunately, while the management company and the maintenance crew and the company acknowledged that there was no space in the room, they insisted that the advertised number of beds was correct b/c the mattresses were technically there and refused to compensate our guest for the hotel expenses. Very unprofessional, especially for something so luxurious otherwise. I wouldn't deal with that management company!!! Think twice. Stay away!

This house is amazing and is located in a sweet spot of Park City!!
Everything was first class and our family had a wonderful time. In the mornings we would walk a couple steps out the front door grab food from a local store then go back and make breakfast in a spacious fully stocked kitchen. Then we would walk down to the town lift and catch a ride up the mountain for a day of snowboarding. We would end each day with snowboarding straight back into town and grab a quick drink at the High West Distillery before heading back home to soak our bones in the spacious outdoor hot tub. Dinner was either a first class meal cooked in house or just steps away from our front door.

This beautiful, clean home with upscale amenities made our ski trip exponentially more enjoyable! We enjoyed the hot tub, steam room, ski prep area in the garage, not to mention the boot/glove dryer! The owners have truly thought of everything! Also nice is the proximity to Main Street with fantastic restaurants, shopping and great hang out spots. It was nice to step across the street to fill up a couple of growlers at the Wasatch brewery after a long day on the slopes. The local Lift bus comes right in front of the property to take you to either ski area base. This “Escape” was perfect for our group of 9, with everyone having their own space if needed. The property managers were great (even jumped our car when the battery died). If there were 6 stars, this property would deserve it!
