We had a fabulous time staying at this home. The home was wonderful, everything we needed. The pool, spa and sauna were wonderful. We used the spa and sauna each night. The host was very good with communication and checked in after we arrived to see if we needed anything. The host was very attentive, which was appreciated. We would definitely stay there again if we need to be in that area. The issue was that it rained almost the entire four days we were there. The front door mat gets wet from the rain but there is not a rug inside the front door so the floors got wet and dirty. Adding a ring on the inside of the front door would be nice. Other than that, which isn’t a big thing, the house was wonderful

The host was very good at communicating with us and we loved the accommodations. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the sauna and the hot tub and the pool is beautiful, but too cold to use in November. We had a great stay and would come back again!

It was a great house with great amenities. It seemed like there might be an issue in regards to rodents in the walls or outside that did keep us up at six in the morning. Something I would look into for the future however, overall our stay was great the amenities were a big selling point and the house was the perfect size.

Great House in Laguna Hills

We really enjoyed our stay at this home during our recent trip to Orange County. The house is in a very quiet and relaxing community. We really enjoyed the amenities in the backyard including the hot tub, sauna, and the pool. Inside the house was laid out really well with 3 great bedrooms and lots of natural light. There is also a great park close by with a playground and tennis court. We will definately consider staying at this house again the next time we are in Orange County.

Sehr schöne geräumige Unterkunft, ruhige und doch tolle Lage für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Top Ausstattung (auch für Kinder) und Sauberkeit. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen! Aussenpool, Whirlpool und Sauna in super Zustand und sehr gut nutzbar! Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

Amazing Host, Home, and Stay!

This VRBO Stay has been one of the best I've ever had! Chuchu has been a delight to work with and has put so much thought and detail into her home. The outdoor pool, spa, and sauna were such a great way to unwind. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the home was just perfect for our group. The entertainment room had so much to offer and the neighborhood was quiet. This home was beautiful inside and out! I highly recommended this stay!!

Awesome Property and very clean

This was my family’s second time staying at this property. ChuChu’s guest services were very kind, attentive and professional. The property was very clean and the home amenities allows me to feel like I’m enjoying time on a retreat. This home will be go to property every time I visit California. ChuChu you’re the best!!!!!

Nice place, but with too many issues

Internet was bad first three days. ChuChu changed the router and internet provider twice in attempts to fix. Wanted to watch some of the Olympics while there, but reception was so bad, couldn’t watch much. Finally got good internet/ tv reception last afternoon there. Our daughter tried to log on and do some work first two days. Service was so poor, she gave up and used her phone as a hot spot. Several maintenance issues. Door to garage very loose - about to fall off hinges. I told ChuChu first day. Patio door handle/lock installed backwards with loose screws exposed on exterior. Told Chuchu first day but neither issue was addressed while we were there. Noisy window AC unit in master BR. Landscape guys were there on our first afternoon, which was not the day we were told. Came unannounced into the back yard at about 5pm. On separate occasion, ChuChu came into backyard unannounced to show us how to work the sauna controls. What’s wrong with a simple knock on the front door? Both situations were strange and unsettlingly. Lots of nice features in back yard. Reasonable price. Language barrier was an issue on occasion. Overall, too many stressors for us to return. Kitchen had lots of appliances and handy utensils. ChuChu seemed to be trying her best, but she seemed to be overwhelmed with multiple properties to manage.

The Ideal Place

Exactly what we were looking for- this property is amazing and had everything we needed! Just wish we had more time to take advantage of the pool & sauna. Chuchu is a fabulous host!

Perfect for our needs

There were 7 of us co-workers that stayed here. Plenty of room. Clean home with comfortable sleeping arrangements. Very accommodating. Would rent here again.

Very Intrusive and Rude Owner

We we exicted to stay at this property and the owner did a good job communicating everything before the stay. The how is well decorated and taken care of. On the second day the wifi stopped working and the owner repeatily called and texted me while I was at Disney Land saying I needed to call her back immediately and asking me why I broke her wifi. The next night my sister flew in late and so we had to leave to pick her up late at night and come back very late. We only opened and closed the front door and went straight to bed, but the next morning I was woken up to a text accusing me of breaking their quiet hour rules, having too many people in the house (which we did not), and again breaking their wifi (which we did not touch). In the text she also told me she was going to kick me out. I tried many times to explain to her that opening the front door isn't breaking the rules and we did not tamper with her wifi so that she couldn't see us on the 3 cameras she has by her front door. We actually asked her multiple times to have someone come and fix the wifi because it kept going in and out. The accusations, invasion of privacy, and threats to kick us out when we had done nothing wrong and took great care of their house made it a very stressful stay. The listing also says heated pool and the pool was ice cool and was in no way usable. We visit Laguna quiet a bit and were very excited to find a house we could rent when we come, but we will NEVER rent this house again.

Beautiful place ... will definitely stay again

We were coming to the area for Dave Matthews Band concerts. Me and 5 of my friends stayed and it was perfect! The place is beautiful, the pool was great and had plenty of room to hang out, eat, sleep while we were there. Even had plenty of room for more friends to come over. Everything and more that a large group of friends and family could want for their SoCal adventures. Lots of extra touches. Thanks, Chuchu!

Had an amazing stay

My family and I travel once a year to California to visit my husband’s parents and sister. This was by far one of the best properties we ever stayed at. Chu Chu was such a great and gracious host. She was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The home was very warm, clean and welcoming
