The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – May 2026). Please note that dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Great trip again. Condo was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen. Will book again. The summit was very clean n perfect this yr.

Couldn’t have been better

Our group consisted of 3 persons. Our stay was great, room is as the pictures show this was my first time booking with FunQuest everything was as they described. We had a wonderful time this year and will be back again next year. For the price it was great in price range being the 4th Holiday. I would recommend anyone to stay with FunQuest at the Summit in PCB.

Inaccurate photos

The photos are enhanced. The place is very outdated, counter tops in kitchen were not cleaned properly, dirty dishes in cabinets, and refrigerator had not been wiped out. Messaged rental place our first night there, and have yet to hear back from them.

Disappointed

Beautiful view of the beach/ocean however inside condo is very dated and needs to be remodeled/updated. Pictures on Vrbo don’t show actually how much work really needs to be done. Entire unit needs to be renovated!! Dark brown carpet don’t scream beach to me but tile would be easier to maintain and make the unit brighter. Mattress needs to be replaced and patio furniture is very worn by the weather. Unit needs washer and dryer. Would not consider staying there again!!

Needs major update

The whole room need to be gutted an renovated.The counters are coming apart, the carpet is very dingy an moist and the room smells like mold. They also had a dehumidifier that we had to keep emptying. The shower wasnt clean. The paint was coming off the walls. And both duvet covers on the bunk beds had blood on them. The refrigerator had a smell and wouldn't stay closed we had to use our cooler. They offered to come clean shower and duvet but the whole room needs a major update!! The summit is a great place to stay but just make sure who you are booking through.

Disappointed

Pull out couch was broken. They came to fix it and it was still too uncomfortable to sleep on. Bunk beds were too hot to sleep on. Thermostat wouldn’t go under 69 which was not sufficient to cool the bunk bed area. The person I spoke to said it was sufficient. We had to go buy a fan. Seal on fridge was broken. Some of the electrical wall sockets were loose and unable to use. Access to elevators was terrible and the pool closed at 8.
