3 bedroom - 2 bath 1400 sq ft 2 story attached town home with open floor plan on first level .
The downstairs has the master bedroom with KING size bed, a full bathroom. Kitchen, dinning room, living room for relaxing and enjoying tv- or it can be used for extra sleeping space.
The oversized chair pulls out into a twin size bed, and the couch also makes a full size sleeping space as well.

Upstairs has two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.. one room upstairs has two twin size beds and the second bedroom upstairs has two sets of bunk beds

This home is capable of sleeping up to 11 people..!!
Garage for extra parking if needed.
Washer and dryer provided and located in the garage.
Linens provided for bedroom beds , towels and washcloths also provided.

Fenced in backyard with Patio table out back
All utensils, plates, cups, bowls, pots/pans provided.
Coffee pot, can opener, microwave, dishwasher, toaster provided

Great location and house

This was a beautiful property , wonderful location , and it had everything we needed ! The host responded very quickly to any questions I had and was very friendly . The house itself was very roomy also , it had plenty of space for 8 people ! Would definitely book this property again .

It was a lovely stay, it was a great price in comparison to other properties. It was far enough away from the beach to not be outrageous, but a close enough and quick drive to so many great things. You will need to be prepared for your own toilet paper and trashbags. We found 1 of each. The house is listed to hold up to 11 people, there should be more supplies (such as trash bags especially since you're expected to take the trash out *which is totally fine and understandable but maybe have bags on site*)Overall, it was lovely.

The best place to stay very quiet, clean, and comfortable

Very nice place. Love it. Well equip and neat. Love the area. Everything was really close and wonderful place to stay. I sure rent it again.

Family Vacation

We had a great time! The house was very comfy! It was a great location to get to the beach in Navarre, and go to Fort Walton and Destin. One day we rented a pontoon and spent the day at Crab Island and some different beaches. Our family had so much fun! We can’t wait to go back already!

Navarre Beach

The townhouse was just 11 away from the beach which was great. There way room for everyone to have their own space. The only real complaints was toilets paper available and the neighbors parking on both sides of the driveway on Friday night when we got back to the house.

Labor Day Family Vacay

We definitely loved the house! It is kid-friendly. Each of our children had a bed of their own. The house is not far from the beach. Walmart is just literally right down the road. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely choose this house again whenever we make our way to Navarre Beach 🤗

Perfect family friendly home

8 days of peace and quiet, neighbors were so quiet you forgot they were there. House was very clean and comfortable, host was super easy to communicate with. We arrived 30 minutes early and they okayed us to go ahead and enter which was amazing. I would definitely recommend to friends

Beach time

We liked the location, wished we had more than just one roll of toilet paper in the house for each bathroom as we had 11 people. Would have been nice to have a few more utensils in the kitchen as we did not eat out every night and so we bought our own plates,cups and paper towels during our stay.

Not Responsive

The house was in good condition and well-stocked with kitchen utensils and pots. However, some smoke detectors were out of batteries and kept beeping, which was especially disruptive at night. Additionally, the bed sheets and pillowcases had not been washed, and one pillowcase even contained wrappers left by previous guests. The listing stated that the house could accommodate 11 people, but it only provided 6 twin comforters with pillows and one king comforter with 2 pillows, making it suitable for just 8 guests. When requesting additional comforters or blankets, the host informed us that no extra supplies were available.Furthermore, the host was not responsive at all.

I explained to you that the pull out couch and pull out bed was additional places to sleep, which adding those will make additional beds if needed.. those are hardly used so we don’t leave bedding for a pull out couch and pull out chair - And that upset you.. You never mentioned the fire alarms beeping, nor during our conversation did you ever mention anything about dirty sheets or wrappers..?? it seems like that would have been mentioned when you messaged me..!! I have a cleaning crew that goes in and cleans as soon as each guests check out..

House needs attention

Needs more bedding, towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Sleeps 11 but only bedding for 8 and its very thin blankets. Only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people for 6 days. Light bulbs in bedrooms are very dim. Outside light by garage didnt work and all the smoke detectors needs new batteries, they were beeping when we arrived we had to keep resetting them to get them to stop. Got woke up at 2 in the morning to one going off for no reason. The windows in bedrooms could use some curtains or darker blinds. The boogie boards left in garage need to be thrown away they were all broken so we had to go buy some. Also the garage needs a good cleaning, so much sand in there that you track it in the house when you go out to do laundry. The location and the neighborhood was nice.

I don’t supply toilet paper to supply your entire trip, nor garbage bags .. I supply a couple rolls and extra trash bag in the bottom of the can.. along with soaps/shampoo and a bottle of dish soap. & The lights in the bedroom have dimmer switch beside of the light switch, so you can adjust how bright or dark you want the room. You messaged me about the alarms, but you didn’t want them changed out during your stay..

Close to the beach

I love Navarre. We had a great time. It was great having a washer and dryer in the condo. We bought some cookie sheets to make cheese sticks, but otherwise there were enough dishes to cook with. We went to the Navarre Pier...the longest pier in the United States. Someone hooked a baby turtle and she had to be taken to the infirmary. The sand on the beaches is soft as baby powder. There was a little seaweed but we played around it. We went on the blow up excursion aswe came back from the beach and the kids had a blast. I didnt do very well on it. We ate sushi at The Slippery Mermaid Sushi place and a Mexican place a couple of times. Great sushi great Mexican great service. All in all we had a great time. Thx so much, Dede

Vacation

It was a great spot to stay. Close to other family and close to the beach. Would of liked TV s in the other bedrooms and dressers we don’t usually hang clothes. We made do. In order to watch tv at night we all had to fit in the living room which was not that big or not much room for all to sit. We made it work. The kids got blankets and covered the floor. It was ok apartment. We spent a lot of time out visiting family and the beach

Perfect beach rental

The absolute cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. It is decorated perfectly for a beach rental. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The owner was very easy to contact and prompt to respond. We would highly recommend this rental property.
