This house is pretty convenient to everything we wanted and needed. We loved the garage area and provided outdoor toys. The large kitchen worked great for our crew of 11. The master bathroom is wonderful! We enjoyed feeding the sweet squirrel who visited the back deck…kayaking & playing in the water…plus fishing off the pier. It was also the perfect spot for our funny ghost photo shoot! There were a couple of issues but the owner was very nice and communicated well. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our getaway and would book here again!

Beautiful House Wonderful Location

The house was beautiful with amazing views of the bay and Navarre Island. Super close to all amenities and shopping and just a quick hop over the bridge to the beach. Property manger was very responsive to all texts messages and issues. Definitely a 5 star stay!!

Family getaway

The house is gorgeous. We enjoyed the calm waters, watching the dolphins and time on the beach. My father enjoyed fishing in the evenings. Short drive over the bridge to enjoy the waves and snorkeling.

Friends getaway

My favorite place in the house was the walk out balcony from the master bedroom. The views are amazing! The house is very clean and modern with ample room. We had 8 adults in our group and had more than enough space to gather in the livingroom with the dining table and seating at the kitchen counter. It’s also a good location centered between Destin and Pensacola. And Navarre beach is only a few minutes drive.

Best vacation we’ve had in Florida!

Although our weather was very unpredictable, in between the storms and rain we had swimming and playing in the sand for the littles. Paddle boarding for the 18 year olds and fishing for the guys. We couldn’t have picked a better a home/area! All we needed right in the backyard. Communicating with the owners was an exceptional experience. We will most definitely book again!

loved the home, pleanty of room for all of ua . together space but also alone space. Having the water right outside our door was a plus. quiet neighborhood.

BEACH TRIP

THE HOME WAS VERY NICE AND VIEW EXCEPTIONAL. THE FAN IN THE MASTER BEDROOM DID NOT WORK; BUT WE LEFT ONE FOR THE NEXT FAMILY. COFFEE POT WAS TERRIFIC, NEED A NEW TOASTER. THE NEIGHBORS AND THEIR DOG, ROSIE WERE AMAZING. OUR FAMILY ENJOYED THE AREA VERY MUCH AND APPRECIATE THE HOME AND VIEW! SEAFOOD WAS BEYOND WORDS!

Water front fun

The house was exactly as described in the description and in the picture. We had a crew of 10 and it was a perfect fit. Master bedroom and bathroom were amazing. The property in the back sat right on Santa rosa sound. The decks were great to sit on and watch the water and the beatiful lights off Navarre beach across the way. All around a great place. Legos was great to work with.

We had a wonderful time , the view is gorgeous, but there something’s that need attention. The freezer on the refrigerator stopped working on Sunday , we probably lost 30 in food, ice maker barely works, the dryer is so noisy that you could hardly stay in the house. We saw several roaches not palmetto bugs just house bugs. The door on upstairs bathroom cabinet is broken. In spite of all those glitches it is a beautiful home. Just needing some TLC

Overall Great Stay!!

Advantages- beautiful view of and direct access to the sound, access to private pier for fishing/relaxing, plenty of space for a large crowd and all our beach toys. Owner was responsive with communication when it was working (VRBO had some issues, so we used texting directly). We saw dolphins almost everyday and thoroughly enjoyed feeding the neighborhood squirrels from our hands with unsalted nuts.Cons- some of house is in mild disrepair, although I don’t feel it was out of the norm for beach rentals. Master ceiling fan didn’t work, patch job on a TP dispenser was failing, and freezer was difficult to open and close at times. Owner was made aware of issues, I let her know none of them were huge deals for our group so someone was coming to look at it after we left. There is also not enough silverware for large groups, and there weren't pillow cases or blankets for the 3 trundle beds, which the owner also said she was working on fixing and kindly offered to bring some by during our stay if needed.

Stunning Home w/ Incredible Views

My son, his friend and I spent a few days staying in this beautiful home. I had planned a birthday celebration for my mom but my parents ended up getting sick & could not join us, so it was just my son & his friend and me. We all LOVED the home. It is gorgeous from top to bottom. We bought grocers and everything else we needed was provided at the house. We even baked cookies one day. The house is immaculate & very quiet inside. We did not hear the next door neighbor at all. It was chilly & damp while we were there so we didn’t sit on the back deck. The dining room table was my desk (it was a working vacation for me) and has the most incredible views looking out over the water & the bridge. Very convenient location to Publix grocery store, all the shops & restaurants in the area. I would 100% recommend this gorgeous home with amazing views.

Beautiful view and plenty of room!

We had a group of 8 adults and 3 small children on our stay. The kitchen/dining area was very spacious, just as pictured so we could all gather while cooking/eating but not be bumping into each other. The master suite upstairs is huge with a large beautiful master bath, with walk in shower, claw foot tub, and walk in closet....not to mention the bedroom itself was very large. The other rooms were average size but still plenty of room. The home offered a large deck out back overlooking the bay and the views were beautiful. We even saw a few dolphins swim by while sitting out one morning. The owner had beach gear accessible to us in the garage which was very nice. Right down the street there was a splash pad/park for the little ones. It was just a short drive over the bridge to the ocean side where you could access the public beaches or drive a little further down (15-20 min) and pay a reasonable weekly fee to access more private beaches on a nature preserve. Overall we loved the property and would highly recommend it!

Clean and great location

Listing is as described in listing. Very clean, and perfect location close to Navarre bridge to get to the beach. Initially concerned about closeness to main road, however it is very quiet in the home. We did have issues with bedroom fans and lights working in all bedrooms, we let host know and she offered to send handyman- however we found some work arounds. Be prepared to bring dishwasher pods, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, and paper towels. All beds are extremely firm, with thin bedding. There is a good amount of kitchen supplies available for use to include full sets of dishes, silverware, and cookware. The rooms each have great built in blinds. Fridge and AC work great! The views off the back balconies are amazing. Being able to walk down the long dock and enjoy the beautiful water and weather made the trip perfect.

Big Comfy House!

My family of 8 adults, 4 children and an infant had a great time in Navarre. The house and property were just as listed. The kitchen was spacious and the living room accommodated all of us when we wanted to just relax. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge and beautifully appointed. The back deck was spacious and comfortable as well. We cooked all meals in and had everything we needed to accomplish delicious meals. We enjoyed catching hermit crabs and wading in the sound behind the house. The guys did a little fishing off the pier and enjoyed the kayak. Lenora communicated all pertinent information to me. Washer and dryer got a good workout with a crew our size. Driving to the beach was quick and easy so staying across the sound was not at all a problem. We actually loved being conveniently located to Walmart and Publix and the wonderful seafood market down the street. I really can’t say enough good things about this property. I only wish it would grow to accommodate our family as we add more grandchildren in the future!
