THE SPACE

Spanning almost 5000 square feet of finished indoor living space with 10 foot ceilings throughout all bedrooms and a spectacular Great Room with a 37 foot wide 18 foot high glass wall, the open floor plan brings the beauty of Provo´s north shore and barrier reef right into your living room. Located in the private development of The Villas at Blue Mountain, enjoy premium accommodations, unbeatable views, much needed privacy, and the comfort of security.

Encircled by beautiful palm trees, local greenery, and white sands, this stunning architectural marvel provides it guests with the utmost privacy for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Designed to perfection and featuring 4 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an additional kids bunk room, this staggering mansion can accommodate 12 guests (8 adults and 4 children).

OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA, HOT TUB & POOL

Stepping out of the main villa onto the terrace, feel all your worries melt away.

Highlighted by a colossal infinity-edged pool and a hot tub jacuzzi, start your trip off on the right foot with a dip in the pool. Take a trip down the slide or show off your cannon ball skills on the diving board and splash warm waters.

For the water averse, get your tan started by laying out on the comfortable lounge chairs that surround the pool. After a hot day in the sun, retire to the open air living area. Overlooking the pool area, relax on the outdoor couch and lounge chairs with a glass of wine as the sun sets. For a true vacation experience, have a meal at the stunning dining table. Equipped with seating for 10, have a few drinks with the whole gang while your private chef tends to the grill. Featuring a commercial sized stainless steel gas grill, wet bar, and a mini fridge, keep a few drinks cold for your feast!

For an even better view of the beachfront, head up to the second floor terrace. With two beautifully crafted hammocks and a small seating area, experience serenity in its truest form as you unwind to the sounds of the waters below.

While you take a stroll down to the beach, enjoy the absolutely pristine greenery that surrounds you on your way down. Flanked on all sides by lush foliage, well-kept gardens, and serene waterfalls. Splash around in the private waters of this fantastic development with some snorkeling gear (which we provide free of charge), or enjoy a roaring bonfire in the evenings to roast marshmallows and keep warm as the ocean breeze blows in.

LIVING AREA, KITCHEN & PATIOS:

Accentuated by a simple yet elegant decor, the interior of the villa can only be defined as jaw-dropping.

With beautiful high vaulted ceilings, transition seamlessly from indoors to outdoors with the retractable 37 foot wide wall. Exhibiting an open concept throughout the entire home, the main living area is well everyone will want to spend their evenings. Have a seat around the large flat screen TV to catch up on your favorite shows. Furnished with two cozy couches and 2 armchairs, get the whole party together for some quality time together before a big meal. Move to the dining table when the food is ready for a home-cooked meal on the gorgeous, extra long 10 person table.

The gourmet kitchen, designed with only the most high quality appliances, is a real chef’s dream! Fully equipped with premium appliances, professional grade gas range, wine cooler, granite counters, custom cabinetry and centered around a lovely kitchen island, you’ll have everything you need to cook for all your guests! Surprisingly spacious in size, have everyone contribute to the meal.

SECOND FLOOR MASTER SUITES (2)

Impressively sized with tons of natural sunlight pouring in through patio doors, the master suites provide its guests with unparalleled comfort, breathtaking views, and year-round cool breezes. Located on opposing sides of the hammock terrace, the master suites come with luxurious king size beds, flat screen TV’s, and private patios with seating. Before calling it an evening, head out onto the patio to watch the sun set over crystal blue waters. One of these lovely bedrooms does share a bathroom with the kids room, but that’s perfect to check up on the young ones to make sure they’re not up to no good!

DOWNSTAIRS MASTER SUITE

Every bit as luxurious as the upstairs master suites, the third master bedroom provides direct access to the main terrace and swimming pool. Through large sliding doors, have a soak in the hot tub before heading to sleep. Marked by a king size bed, dual night stands and a workspace, sleep well before another day of sunshine and fun!

FOURTH DELUXE BEDROOM

The fourth bedroom of this amazing villa comes equipped with a king size bed, a small seating area, and a workspace. Overlooking beautiful greenery through large windows, fall asleep to the serene sounds of nature.

FIFTH CHILDREN’S BEDROOM

A real children’s dream, the fifth and final bedroom of this outstanding beach home comes with 4 twin sized bunk beds and a flat screen TV. You may have to check in on the young ones to stop some late night shenanigans.
