Villa Blue Vista

Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on a ridge overlooking the sea in the Turtle Tail neighborhood on the south side of Providenciales; this new contemporary villa overlooks the crystal-clear turquoise Caicos banks.

Villa Blue Vista- a 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom private villa, offers unparalleled ocean views from every room. With expansive outdoor space, and over 10,000 square feet of total living area, it includes a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom main house with 14 ½ foot ceilings and a separate 2-bedroom 2-bathroom guest house with a separate entrance. The home has a large living room with a fully opening glass wall to the ocean and a gourmet kitchen. The separate guest house has its own luxury living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a master suite, and a second all with ocean views. Both the main house and the guest house have modern open floor plans with sleek interior and exterior design elements and furnishings.

The 2600 sf pool deck is nearly half covered by the villa’s expansive cantilevered roof for comfortable outdoor entertaining and features a large shallow (4.5 feet deep at its deepest part) infinity edge heated pool which is ideal for families. This fully furnished expansive exterior living space offers guests more than ample room for sitting, lounging, sunbathing and al fresco dining. There is a large outdoor fireplace, a built-in gas grill and a beverage center along with an outdoor surround sound system.


It’s a short walk down the stairs from both the main house and the guest house to the 190’ long tiled ocean walk along the water’s edge where there are two stairs to easily access the knee-deep calm turquoise ocean. There’s a cabana for shade, an outdoor shower, a day bed, and a kayak shack with 4 kayaks and 2 stand up paddle boards for your enjoyment. The little islands in the distance are much closer than they seem; less than a 1/2 mile away and easy to get to on paddleboard, kayaks or even just walking in the water with your feet in the soft pristine sand as it’s only about 4’ deep in low tide and about 6’ deep in high tide.

While we have our own low tide beach right in front of the ocean walk, if you are craving a large sandy beach close to the Villa, it’s just a 2-minute walk up Bristol Hill Drive and then down the pathway cut into the native brush to the large private beach we share with other private villas on our short and secluded street.

Villa Blue Vista is in Turtle Tail; a safe and secure part of the island as there is only one road in and there is a guard posted before dusk until after dawn on the only way in and out. Numerous grocery stores, shopping, world renowned Grace Bay Beaches and all of the incredible restaurants on the island range from just 3.5 miles to about 8 miles away from the villa.

VILLA POLICES:
* An allowance of $500/week for air conditioning is included. Overaged is metered and charged at market rate. Upon arrival at the villa, our villa manager will show you the power meter. Villa Blue Vista has 8 separate air conditioning systems, so you may cool certain parts as needed.
* Pool Heating if required, charged at $100/day plus 12% tax (OPTIONAL)
* Our villas are generally offered by the week on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
* Optional Butler Service from 9am to 1pm : $200/day (Subject to availability and should be arranged in advance)
