This pretty very comfortable house quiet full of charm in Le Vieil (island of Noirmoutier), 50m from the beach of La Clère (by a private road).
Close to shops. (supermarket, restaurants, bars, tobacconist/press, bike rental...). Close to the port of L'Herbaudière and the town centre of Noirmoutier, everything can be done by bike.

The house consists of a bright living room with open kitchen, a shower room, separate toilet.
2 bedrooms on the first floor (with double beds 160x200).
The house has a private terrace with dining table and chairs, a Weber barbecue,
2 Adirondacks and 1 deckchairs. A parking space.
The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an induction hob, a fridge/freezer, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster...
1 TV in the living room and 1 TV in the bedroom

Rental ONLY by the week or fortnight from Saturday to Saturday (possibility from Sunday to Sunday on request) during the months of July and August. 3 nights minimum on weekdays (2 on weekends).

Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed.

Linen is not provided.
You have the choice to take your own (2 beds of 160X200 with duvets) or to rent some from the Concierge service.
24 euros for a set of double sheets
12 euros for a single set of sheets.
12 euros for a towel kit per person.
The linen is left at your rental sous vide.
You will be asked to remove it from the beds before your departure.

The cleaning fee is not included. You have the choice to do so or to subscribe to the Concierge service option. Its price is 144 euros including VAT. (Excluding dishes and garbage cans.)

All beds are equipped with mattress protectors. All pillows are equipped with pillow protectors.
