Guests will have access to the full cabin, all building amenities, and approximately 2.7 acres of secluded land. Please make yourself at home.Ā 

COMFORT: The Madison offers two queen size master bedrooms with an additional full size bed in the loft space. There is a multifunction futon allowing the cabin to be able to sleep up to a total of 8 if needed. The Madison also has a hot tub, theater like seating, cable tv, fast Starlink WiFi, a large 60" flat screen TV in the basement (and large flat screen TV on the main floor), and Roku players in each master bedrooms. We provide Hulu, Disney+, and YouTube TV (including the NFL Sunday Ticket!) with fast internet service and Starlink satellite internet (the best available in the Hocking Hills area). Each master bedroom has a spacious full en suite bathroom.

CONVENIENCE: Located in the heart of the Hocking Hills region. Easy, quick access to Hocking Hills favorites, including Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, Conkle's Hollow, Cedar Falls, and more! Abundant beauty and hiking to enjoy year round. Also convenient for Hocking Hills activities, such as zip lining, trail riding, rock climbing, and many others! 6 minutes to Le Petit Chevalier Vineyards!

CLEANLINESS: We employ local professional cleaners who understand that our guests want to immediately settle in and feel confident that the cabin is up to their standards.

SUSTAINABILITY: The cabin has been audited by Sustonica and awarded a sustainability badge. From community involvement to eco-friendly design, weā€™ve created a warm escape that respects our beautiful Hocking Hills.

We're here for you during your stay, but allow our guests the freedom to enjoy the cabin without interruption. If needed, we also employ a local host who is available for any issues involving the cabin. Ā 

During the winter months, if inclement weather (snow/ice) accumulates, it would be best to use a 4wd vehicle for access to the Chalet. We employ a snow plowing service to have the driveway clean and clear for guests when snow accumulates more than 2".

Cabin Quirks: We love coming down to our cabin for its cozy charm and the way Hocking Hills allows us to unplug from our hectic day to day routines. It gives us the gift of quality time together and the chance to focus on the moments that count. Ā Hocking Hills cabins often have quirks, including well water (some guests prefer to bring bottled water) and cell service that's spotty at times (guest can use our typically reliable WiFi for both calls and texting). Ā 

Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation policy and consider purchasing travel insurance to accompany their reservation.

Easy process. Beautiful place all around! 15-40 mins from everything. Big box stores being the furthest. A lot of mom & pop shops closer. Cabin was perfect for our big family. Plenty of sleeping areas, different places to relax or hangout. Showers and bathrooms were incredible and huge. Had a lot of necessities for the kitchen.dishwasher was nice so we didnt have to spend our whole vacation doing dishes. The views were incredible, lots of deer. Didnt deal with ticks or mosquitoes. Hot tub was perfect, even on the hot days.. perfectly shaded and relaxing. Finding it was easy. Overall amazing place, highly recommend!!!

Clean, private, amazing view!

It was amazingly clean, new and felt modern. There were little touches of thoughtfulness all over the cabin down to the fancy soaps, full propane tanks, hot dog roasters for the fire, nice welcoming decor, awesome games for the kids, water filter, warm blankets, towels for the hot tub etc. these hosts thought of everything.

Perfect family spot

This cabin was great for our family of five! There was plenty of room to sleep comfortably, including room for a pack n play in the bedroom with us. We all enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub both nights we were there. The cabin was just as nice and described and very well stocked with puzzles and games.

Family reconnection

Cabin was lovely, clean and nicely equipped with all our needs met. 4 generations got to reconnect, unplug and relax after the busy holiday. Close to the parks for a nice winter hike also! Definitely would love to return in the Fall!

Beautiful & peaceful

The Madison is an absolute gem. It is in a beautiful setting. Itā€™s quiet and peaceful. The cabin was so clean. The accommodations were great. Everything we needed and beyond was provided. Communication with Dan & Casey was easy and top notch. My kids already want to go back!

Family trip

The cabin was perfect for our family get-away. Our group enjoyed sitting on the porch playing games, relaxing in the hotub, and grilling/cooking meals to enjoy. The location is great! We hiked Rock House, Conkles Hollow, and Old Manā€™s Cave. Very nice cabin! A great place to make memories.

Great Relaxing Getaway

Our family had a great time at this cabin. Beautiful views from the porch and hot tub. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch with a coffee and a good book. A great way to relax and reset. The hosts were very communicative, attentive, and definitely cared that we had a great stay

Beautiful cabin and a star gazers dream.

We fell in love with the cabin as soon as u pull in the driveway.the wraparound porch around the whole house is beautiful u can just enjoy the whole view of the property and at night enjoy the stars.the cabin is spacious beds are comfortable cabin is located 15 to 20 mins from everything we wanted to do so thats was great overall loved the whole time and u go

We loved our vist! The cabin accommodated our needs! We have a toddler she loved crawling on the floor and exploring. We loved the views from the deck seeing the deer in the field as we played cards! The bathrooms are very spacious! Would stay here again! We loved our stay!

Weekend hiking trip

Great trip with friends to Hocking Hills. Excellent location, easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Very nice place for two couples or small families, very peaceful, quiet and remote!

The Madison

Nice cabin in a secluded location, but not too far from activities. We had a great time. Loved the huge wrap around porch. We were able to sit outside even though it rained. The kitchen was well equipped and even had Keurig coffee pods stocked. It was cozy but had enough space for us to spread out. Nice space outside for the kids to play too.

Spring break getaway ā€” Two days

The cabin was beautiful, and perfect for us and our college-aged son, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. At the cabin we enjoyed meals together, board games, movies and the hot tub. Outside the cabin we went to Old Manā€™s Cave, Ash Cave and Le Petit Chevalier Vineyard, all less than 10 miles away. Wish we could have stayed longer! Dan and Casey were perfect hosts, and were very responsive to my many questions. I would be happy to return to this cabin!

Clean and very homey

Cabin has an amazing location and was very clean. We have seven people and probably wouldnā€™t want much more as it was full enough but still had enough room! Hot tub was super clean !! And kitchen well stocked.

Casey and Dan are the owners/operators of Reflections Hocking Hills, a small collection of chalet-style cabins and other unique properties. Casey grew up in the country while Dan's been more or less a lifetime city dweller. We met in Columbus and Casey was anxious to share her love of the Hocking Hills region, something that goes back many years. We never dreamt that we'd own a cabin of our own there, but are excited at the chance to host guests at our cabin while using it ourselves when we need a respite from the hectic day-to-day.

We love traveling, having visited France, China, Russia, Ireland, Spain, Greece, Iceland, The Netherlands, and Mexico over the years, and hope that list just continues to grow. Across all of those trips, the hospitality we received was always crucial in shaping our travels and we hope to provide the absolute best to all of our guests.

The Madison balances the desired seclusion and proximity to the trails, caves, and waterfalls that many guests seek. You won't have to see another human during your stay if that's your preference, but can also quickly access the best hikes that Hocking Hills State Park offers (Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, Conkle's Hollow are all within a 12-15 min drive).

*We require guests reserving the Madison to be 25 years old or older and there be a person 25 years or older for the duration of the reservation.

*The cabin is a non-smoking property, including outdoor spaces and including tobacco, natural, and vaping.

*Despite being animal lovers and pet owners ourselves, the Madison is not a pet-friendly property.

*No parties/events are allowed at the cabin.

*Note: The Madison does have a Ring smart doorbell for security purposes. It is located at the front entrance of the cabin facing parking.
