Perfect hotel size

the hotel is just tye right size and east to navigate without long hallways. Beautiful pool and Lobby and quick walk to park and beach.

The location is the best quality of this rental. There are so many things in walking distance. Great view of the park area and partial ocean. The cleanliness of this unit was subpar. The curtains were dirty and falling off the rod. The pictures on the listing are not up-to-date. The trashcan was broken, the sink in the bathroom had soap residue around it and there was a large stain on the ironing board. There weren’t accessible outlets to plug in your phone on the nightstand. When I arrived with my rental car, the valet told me that private rooms within the hotel are not able to valet in their parking garage. This was news to me because the rental property told me days before I arrived that I would be able to valet in their parking garage. I had to park my car down the street at another hotel and if I wanted to valet my car and take it out at any time it would be 55. That is 15 more/day than the valet at the hotel of the rental. Some of these may seem like minor inconveniences, but make a difference in the long run. The hotel staff was pleasant and the amenities were decent. The rental staff was responsive. Overall, this unit needs a few upgrades.

The hotel is a good starting point for a Diamond Head road course and also for Alamoana Beach course run.

Waikiki vacation

The property manager was very responsive. The room was as advertised. The best part was the balcony faced Fort DeRussey park and the ocean. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening sunsets on the balcony

Great location

Room was clean and well equipped. Curtain on patio door needs fixing. Couldn't open it all the way. Great location. Only negative is no safe in the room. We usually stay here through the hotel directly but decided to book through VRBO. Good experience.

Through this park you can go to major hotel restaurants. Also Kapiolani park and Alamoana beach park are walking distance. This location is really a gem.

Perfect location with great balcony view of the ocean seen through a lovely park. Close enough to walk to things, without the feeling of chaos in a large tourist destination. Appreciated access to a beach chair, umbrella and towels Would stay again Thank you

Convenient location and a great garden-ocean view from the room

Reviewer Comments: The hotel is located virtually in the park and you can walk through the park to major hotels and my favorite restaurants such as Hilton’s Tropio, Outrigger on the reef,s Monky Pod Kitchen. Gym in the hotel is very nice if your stay is for workouts.

Nice view!

The front desk staff were nothing short of excellent! I feel like this should be a private message? The view was the best part of staying here. The unit was clean, but is definitely showing its age. The kitchen tap leaked quite badly and there were only two teaspoons and two soup spoons left of the set, plus a mishmash of plates and three small cereal bowls. I cooked most of our meals because of my husband’s heart issues. Two of the four plates literally snapped cleanly in half in my husband’s hands when he was drying them, so I ended up buying paper plates and bowls. I would replace the difficult drying rack. Some mixing/serving bowls would have been wonderful. All small appliances worked well. The fridge was really tiny and the small freezer was badly frosted up. The mattress definitely needs replacing. All the linen was very clean, as was the unit. Overall, the unit was fine, but needs some TLC. Oh, and the bedside lamps are beautiful!

Reviewer Comments: Dirty floor, we didn’t break anything - not a full set of cutlery and dishes, broken garbage can, taps in bathroom need to be updated. No cooktop. We had to check out at 1030 am but did not have a flight until 10 pm - we were not allowed to leave our luggage with the valet or use the pool while we waited as we were not hotel guests. Lobby coffee and apples and wine and cheese were for hotel guests only. I emailed the only alii beach rentals contact we were given twice and nobody responded. It said we would get quick response.

Superb experience from start to finish

I LOVED my stay here. The communication leading up to my stay could not have been more professional and the few questions I had were answered promptly. The property itself is in a fantastic location and the view from the balcony is sublime! All facilities were amazing and the cleanliness of the apartment was superb. You can tell that the owners really care about the experience of their renters and this manifested in a really pleasant stay. I would not hesitate to return and to recommend this to anyone staying in this beautiful area.

Perfect spot

Loved my stay at this location. So easy to stroll out the front door and go to great restaurants, beaches, and local eateries. The staff is so friendly and the valet was so quick when I needed my car.
