Building Maintenance Notice: The building will be conducting sewer drain cleaning and maintenance from October 26 through November 10, 2026, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. This work is not expected to directly affect our unit; however, guests may occasionally hear intermittent generator noise during the project.

Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

This was an incredibly well appointed condo in a fantastic location. The condo was very clean and was very close to the beach.Any questions with the property manager were answered quickly. The property is well taken care of and everything we might have needed.We would definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach

This condo was a handy place to stay for a young family with a short walk to the beach. Had a good time and having a kitchen with young children made the trip much easier.

Great spot in Waikiki

Great, affordable place in Waikiki. A much better option than the generic hotels in the immediate area. Views of Diamond Head, the surf between the buildings, and approaching and departing HNL aircraft were great. A quick walk to the protected beach area. Had no problems with the $25/day on-site parking garage.

The property is updated and extremely easy to use as an anchor for our sightseeing. The unit even had beach chairs for us to borrow. The kitchen was fully stocked - toasters, rice cooker, blenders ect! Bedroom was nice and comfy! Our daughter used the sleeper sofa and had no complaints

Nice building, nice room

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The check in process through the app was confusing as the app is not real user friendly initially. I finally did figure it out. I would stay here again, though not for the price I paid.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in an Ali'i Beach Rental condo on Paoakalani Avenue in Waikiki for 16 nights. Our experience was great; it felt more like living at home than in a hotel. We went to the Safeway for groceries and had some meals at 'home'. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been smoother. We had a short walk to the beach. The condo had everything we could ask for, including an ice cream scoop. Ali'i Beach Rental will be our first choice for our next vacation in any area they serve. One of the reasons we selected this property is the many five star reviews we read. Now back home after a great vacation in a great condo, this is my five star review. Thank you Ali'i Beach Rental.
