Welcome to the stunning Boathouse at Evans Lake! Originally built as a boathouse, this luxurious and spacious Lakefront home has been completely renovated with premium amenities and tasteful décor, offering an unforgettable vacation experience for you and your group.

With 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, our Lakehouse can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends. One of the bedrooms features bunk beds, perfect for kids or anyone who loves a fun and unique sleeping arrangement.

The home features two full kitchens, allowing for effortless meal preparation and convenience. The living areas are spacious and inviting, with plenty of room for socializing and relaxation. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day on the water.

The highlight of this property is undoubtedly its prime location on Evans Lake, a beautiful all-sports lake covering 201 acres. You'll have access to endless aquatic fun, from swimming and fishing to kayaking and boating. For an extra special experience, a large 24' pontoon boat is available to rent, perfect for large groups and allowing you to explore the lake at your own leisure.

We also offer our guests some complimentary outdoor amenities, including 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards, perfect for exploring the lake and enjoying some exercise. The game room is sure to be a hit with guests of all ages, featuring a professional ping pong table and a variety of arcade games (Pac Man & NFL Blitz).

We're pleased to offer our guests the opportunity to bring their furry friends along on their vacation! Our property is pet-friendly for dogs for a nominal $250 fee during booking. With so much outdoor space to explore, your pup will love playing and lounging in the fresh air.

Dogs are allowed at the property but at a nominal $250 fee due during booking and with the approval of owner. All dogs must be housebroken and up-to-date on shots and must be crated if left in the house unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Guest should leave the house as they found it. Our cleaners will clean the entire property but we appreciate if guests can run the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes upon checkout.

Please always lock the front door behind you after using our keyless entry. Safety is a top priority for us.

Please do not re-arrange any furniture and do not bring any furniture outside.

Please only toilet paper down the commodes, any damage related to lack of follow through of this rule shall be an additional charge.

The following rules are grounds for termination of the rental stay and immediate departure of all guests:
- No candles or any other fire hazards at the property.
- No Fireworks.
- No trespassing on neighbors' lots. An aeriel view of our property line is included in the house manual. Our neighbor's boat is moored located on their end (west side) of our shared dock.
- No arguments with our neighbors or disrespectful language. IF there is an issue, please contact rental manager to solve directly.
- No sitting on or using the pontoon unless rented separately and agreed by rental manager.
- Any approved dogs on the property must not bark consistently, disturb neighbors, or wander onto other properties.
- No parties or events without permission of the rental manager.
- Lake quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Please keep music low and inside during this time.

All members of the group must be made aware of the above rules by the booking guest, and will be held accountable for compliance. Violating house rules also includes forfeiture of security deposit + any incremental damages.
