Beach Club Catalina 904 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath newly updated luxury condo on the 9th (ninth) floor with a large private balcony and Direct Gulf views from the living, dining, kitchen and the master bedroom! The Catalina Tower is located "Right on the Beach" at an upscale resort with an endless sugar white sand beach! As a guest in this condo, you will have access to the four sparkling building pools with hot tubs at the foot of each of the four towers, three boardwalks with showers that leads to the stunning beaches of the Gulf, basketball courts, lawn games and more! You may choose to patron the fine casual dining restaurant at the Clubhouse with a full bar and stunning views or visit the Sports Bar and Grill, souvenir & beach attire shop or the ice cream & coffee bar near the entrance of the resort.

C904 has a large, private, furnished balcony for dining or sipping on something cool while watching the dolphins play in the Gulf. The condo amenities include WiFi, a cottage style open floor plan, sofa sleeper, 3 HDTVs with DVD players, a fully updated and stocked kitchen with all new full size appliances, new Quartz countertops, new wood cabinets and new flooring. The master bedroom with King size bed features new paint, new bedding with a separate completely updated vanity area and bathroom. The freshly painted second bedroom features a comfy queen bed and large closet. The condo also features a brand new stackable washer/dryer.

The beds are made with fresh white linens and a linen set is supplied for the sofabed. Bath linens and "Starter Set" for kitchen and bath amenities are included as well. We welcome you to bring your beach towels, food, extra disposable paper goods, trash bags and detergents for the clothes washer and dishwasher for a longer stay.

The owner is a member of the Clubhouse, so with a *Extra Daily or Weekly Fee*, you and your entire party may enjoy the private amenities, which includes a state of the art fitness center, heated indoor pool with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, the large outdoor Clubhouse pool and delicious food and drinks from the on site Tiki Bar and Grill. There are many children's activities to join in on and access to the 7 Rubicon tennis courts! *Please check with the Clubhouse staff for all Activities and Pricing.*

**The daily/weekly fee, which covers everyone in your party, is based on the number of days used per condo (not per person). This fee is paid in person at the clubhouse desk. Without this fee, you still have access to the four building pools with hot tubs at no additional costs.* *

Beach loungers with umbrella, para-sailing and other beach activities are available seasonally (weather permitting) booked directly through the Clubhouse at an additional charge). Fort Morgan Gear Rentals are happy to rent bikes to you and your family directly on the property!

**A parking fee of $40.00 per vehicle per stay is included in your booking. You can add an additional vehicle for $40.00 per stay. A daily guest fee with vehicle is $7/per day. (However, no overnight parking included).**

For the golfers in the family, there are several challenging courses closeby to the Beach Club. *Please be aware, Golf Carts (rented or owned) are NOT ALLOWED on the property at all.

There is also amazing fishing in the Gulf and Mobile Bay. We have several marina's and charter fishing excursions available locally for the amateur or avid fisherman.
