It was a nice location. Walking distance to downtown. Too much stuff in the unit. Too many stools throw pillows and knick knacks no place to set your own things.

The space was wonderful. It is definitely walkable to town however at night the walk is not light well so would not recommend by yourself. Group of people was fine. The location was very quiet and spacious. Very well decorated and kitchen was well stocked. Night recommended.

A lovely stay!

We had a great time! Four people fit perfectly and there was space for all comfortably. We enjoyed all of the amenities and made use of the fun games, too! Loved the location and ease of walking into town.

Great location

A very nice place. Well-maintained suitably furnished. The wall of the bedroom was super thin and the bathroom jets on the tub had black mold but other than that it was a very nice stay!

That said, we apologize for the cleanliness issue you encountered with the bathtub jets and our local manager assured us they've been thoroughly cleaned and bleached. Additionally, they spoke with the homeowner about the possibility of adding insulation for noise reduction. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.

Great location

This was a great location- just a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck. Place was relatively clean. Internet was a bit spotty, but I think that was an Xfinity issue. Vacasa was quick to respond to any issues. VERY thin walls.

The inside of the unit was very charming. The exterior needs some sprucing up and was uninviting. The lawn was burnt, and there were no flowers or plants to make the outside as nice as the inside. When I pulled up to the property, my initial reaction was negative. Once I entered the unit itself, I was pleasantly surprised. It looked like photos. The decor was really cute, and the amenities were thoughtful and very nice. There is not a lot of natural light in the main living area, but the inside lighting was very good.

Cozy, cute and perfect location!

I’ve stayed at the arrowhead before but this was my first time in this property! The location is perfect because it’s right in town, a super close drive to Oval beach & Douglas and a quick walk to downtown saugatuck! You have water views out the front window which is so nice to wake up to. The whole place was decorated super cute. They had all the kitchen tools & appliances (no stove just a hot plate) but bring your own coffee, creamer, things like that. We had such a great time!

It’s fine for a short trip

It’s okay for the price. The decor is cute and the owner did a good job making it a nice little hangout spot. Otherwise, the rental is a little older and made it look a little run down and dirty, especially the bathroom. Not many amenities available, like I’m use to with other rentals. (No toiletries, waters, welcome basket, etc). The location is great- .5 miles from the shops and restaurants which was nice and convenient.

Step up to bedroom a hazard

Hopefully visiting Saugatuck means you'll be outside a lot. This is a well-appointed apartment but has a few areas which need improvement. Mold in the bathtub jets, a difference in elevation at the entrance to the bedroom, and uncomfortable couches are the lows. The location is nice and the views from the window bar as well as the outside small sitting area are plusses. VACASA was very helpful.

Perfect spot near everything

Great spot for a small family of 2-4, close to it all and still away from hustle bustle. Both couches turned into beds and we were able to cook in the kitchen :) Brought our bike and it was perfect to ride into town. ***One thing to be VERY careful about is the water faucet in bathroom. No matter if you use the cold or hot knob, it get scalding hot. Kids got themselves a couple times, so I had to do a trickle.

Quaint Location and Town

Check-in and out process couldn’t have been easier. The property management team was easily accessible and responded very quickly. While there was a window air conditioner unit it was located in the kitchen. With the bedroom being in an adjacent room it didn’t get as cool as I would have expected. There were fans available that we used but had the weather been a bit warmer I’m not sure we would have been able to sleep as soundly.

Great, walkable location

The property was great for a short term stay and a close walk to the downtown area. It was stocked well and clean. The beds were quite uncomfortable and it was hard to keep the bedroom are cool and the wall AC unit is in the main living room. We utilized the available fans, but it was quite hot at night. There was not a screen in the bedroom window. That may have helped to circulate the air. Stuffy in the bedroom and bathroom. The price was fair for the unit.

Contemporary cute condo

Overall nicely decorated place with enough space for two. Kitchen had all appliances you’d need and big fridge. Bed was ok although it had a weird piece of wood under the mattress that was sticking out and one side of the queen bed was against a wall so it was hard to get in and out of. There is a step down to the bedroom from living room that may be harder for older guests. Bathroom had a big jetted tub but drained slow. Toilet almost overflowed. There was a plunger on hand to stop it. Very convenient to the downtown and nice neighborhood to walk. Communication with owner was good and they emailed or texted frequently.

Loved it minus one hiccup

I think it was advertised correctly. The location was great. They had complete bed sheet set for each of the futons, however, no extra blankets to be found, just tons of pillows. And, most importantly, no plunger for the bathroom which was needed as it overflowed and when I called the customer service number they said they would send someone out and no one ever came, I had to deal with it myself. Really put a bad little spin the evening. No communication back with them and no compensation.

It’s just OK

it was very clean to be in, but the experience with the bed was a big issue. Toilet was more for a small person. There was basically no shower. It was a Jacuzzi we had to step into not handicap accessible or for an older person whatsoever the furniture was very uncomfortable otherwise I would probably look for another place to stay. The AC was only in one room and it made the bedroom much warmer. The biggest issue I had was we had absolutely no hot water the very first night and the next morning there was still no hot water. We could not take a shower. Had taken The place was just OK.
