Welcome to the perfect spot to experience everything Music City has to offer! Located in the heart of East Nashville, it's a short walk to plenty of bars, restaurants, and boutiques to fill a long weekend.

We're a super quick and cheap Uber/Lyft across the river to Downtown to take in our countless Honky Tonks and bars in the Broadway district.

We'd love to be "home base" for your stay, and as native Nashvillians, we're more than happy to help you get the most out of your time in our city.

Worked very well for our family.

Well equipped. Front door lock is inconsistent. Floors may need to be mopped. Kids ran around barefoot and it showed. Otherwise appearance was excellent.

Wonderful birthday weekend

Great stay. Place was nice and accommodated our party here for 50th birthday weekend. Communication with host Matt was great. He was super prompt with all questions. Would stay here again.

Beautiful townhouse with lovely outdoor space

We had a wonderful time - townhouse was beautiful and so comfortable we felt at home - the only negatives I would say were all the stairs - and also the neighborhood while going through changes wasn't as we expected with having a house across the street boarded up and the house next door very "seedy" looking. But overall we had a great time!

One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had

We stayed at Matt’s beautiful Nashville home for our daughter’s grad school graduation. Matt was promptly communicative throughout the entire process. We have a larger family and this was the perfect pace for us. Matt’s place is immaculately clean and inviting. There was everything we needed in all the spaces. Inviting, relaxing and bright is how I’d describe both this lovely home and Matt as a host. We would only look here if we find ourselves in Nashville again

Excellent Stay

House was so lovely and clean. We loved all the Nashville decor and the neon sign outside, it was perfect for group pictures . All the beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the abundance of towels and pillows. The house was perfect for my group of 10! We could all comfortably gather in the kitchen/living room because it was very spacious. Matt was a terrific host and I hope to stay at his property again soon!

The Perfect Set Up!

We came in for a long weekend to celebrate our daughter’s 21st bday- 6 young hearts and 4 parents! We were greeted with Champagne to welcome our stay, such a nice touch! The house set up was perfect to put all the 21 year olds on the bottom floor and the parents on the top! Quick uber ride to Broadway! Easy communication with owner!

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Location was easily accessible by car or to airport. Activities and restaurants to satisfy all ages were close by. Living areas on 3 levels offered plenty of space for families. Extremely clean and comfortable.

Exploring Nashville

This beautifully decorated townhouse was perfect - roomy, great deck, every amenity, close to amazing restaurants and fun bars, and a short ride to Broadway. Great communication with the owner. All made for a fabulous weekend! Highly recommend!!

Matt is such a awesome host. He left a complimentary bottle of champagne and I had no communication problem with him. I would definitely stay at his property in the future.

Perfect Accomodations

Everything about our stay was impeccable! Easy to locate; 7 min car or Uber to Broadway; decent neighborhood and just a few blocks from Five Points establishments. The townhouse itself sits at the back of four attached. We parked on parking lot behind the building and closest to our actual unit. House was impeccably clean and decorated so cute! Beds were super comfortable; towels extra thick; kitchen fully stocked. Loved having the extra outdoor balcony area even in the dead of winter … perfect cute ‘green’ wall for backdrop for photos. Also loved the Nashville cityscape wall off kitchen. Loved the long kitchen counter bar. Plenty of seating in living room to lounge. All bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Really cannot say anything bad about this place. Great house and great stay!

Excellent Location and Great Stay

Epic Stay and the house made it!

This unit is as nice and clean as the pictures! We were a group of 5 couples and we all had plenty of room even with sharing of one room. The kitchen/bathroom was well stocked. In fact i have never rented a unit that had as much on hand to use. Owner was great to work with. The location was also great. Easy uber to Broadway. Guys walked to Edley's BBQ, which they loved. 5 Points Pizza was a great for carry out near by and was amazing too! I don't think we would have had near the fun if we had stayed in a hotel. The unit made the trip speacial! If this unit meets your requirements don't hesitate to book.

Great Nashville Property!

We loved the place. It was located close enough to walk to lots of different bars, breweries, and places. Real quick Uber to Broadway. Had enough space for our whole group of 10. We really enjoyed the patio and the living area. Whole place was super clean and top notch! Would stay again for sure.

Girls Trip

The property owner, Matt, was great and had anticipated all of our needs. Ubers we’re $6-8 during the day and $11-15 at night for groups of 4 and under. Everything was provided at the house and we did not have to make trips to the store for any extras. The house was beautiful and well done for all of the guests. I would DEF stay here again!!

Nashville Birthday bash

The property had plenty of space for our group of 9. Location was convenient to downtown Nashville. Property was clean and stocked with basic kitchen supplies and plenty of linens. There was a small issue with the plumbing but Matt was quick to respond and offer solutions. Would definitely stay again!!

Amazing spot for our 60th bday

This property was perfect for us to celebrate my moms 60th bday. Beds for everyone and a good separation of space for everyone. The kitchen/living set up was great. Plenty of dishes and cups for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and great stay!

The location is excellent, a very short walk to 5 points. The house is adorable and clean. The beds were comfortable. The host is very nice, even mailed me the curling iron that I accidentally left behind!
