We Invite You to stay Pool Side and Enjoy Sunning on the Large Outdoor Patio. This Private Residence is Well Stocked, Highly Maintained, and Features a Crystal Clear non Heated Pool that receives full sun. Relax in the hot tub pool side. Luckily, this Ranch Home is located in an Extremely quiet residential neighborhood of Thumb Point on South Hutchinson Island. The home Features a Resort Style Inground Pool, Outdoor Shower, and a Screened Lanai. This Custom Home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Hutchinson Island

Location was great! Pool was like a cold plunge. Backyard had privacy. Owners were great and so were the neighbors. Two beaches on this island. Lots of restaurants

Beautiful Neighborhood & Perfect Stay

The house was in great location for seeing family, going to the beach, and going out to explore the area. The location is in a quiet safe neighborhood which provided the ideal home base with pool and hot tub to relax in at end of the day. We loved the digital frame that welcomed us and the fairy lights on the screened porch at night. The home had all the amenities one might want or need: washer, dryer, fridge dishwasher, WIFI, TV and electric reclining couch. We only wish we’d been less busy to enjoy the home more. We didn’t receive instructions before arrival but we quickly learned how to access our rental once we got there. There’s an outdoor shower and hose to get the sand off before going inside. When the floor was wet we were a little concerned about slipping on the tile but some non slip rugs might work. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property!

Great Pool Home

Stayed 4 nights with 3 adults and 2 kids. Having the pool was great! The house was very clean and well stocked. Nice beds and bedding. The neighborhood was quiet, took a walk and bike ride every day. House is close to the beach and restaurants. having a grill that worked was also nice. Plenty of fans to keep cooled off, the AC in the house works great. Having a washer and dryer was also fantastic. The bedrooms are spacious with two king beds, and a queen bed.

Great time

Great location, only a few minutes to the beach and restaurants. Everything you need is here. We enjoyed the pool and the house is perfect.

Great house and location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and as pictured in the VRBO listing in a great neighborhood that is a walkable distance to the beach. The pool was terrific and we spent mornings and early evenings there.

Beautiful Accommodation

The house was beautiful and homey. It was very comfortable and was perfect for the nights we stayed in to cook. We would definitely stay again.

A basic, clean, safe place to call home base

I’ve stayed in a lot of places over the years and none left me feeling as cold and unwelcome as walking into this rental. We all got the sense that someone had a party and the neighbors and owners are still reeling from the aftermath. The overly refreshing pool has No pool chairs to relax together other than 4 distant chairs and table. So much un-inviting space! The hot tub was clean and perfect temp and the one lounge chair was great for alone time and drying clothes. Inside, the beds were comfy, pillows (my ultimate standard) were good, all was clean where you could see. But don’t expect to use too many cupboards or drawers. Kids toys, personal items and clutter was stashed in numerous locations about the house from bedrooms, kitchen to laundry area. Had we been there longer it may have bothered me but the space provided to put away our clothes for 2 days was enough in 2/3 bedrooms. The layout was efficient. In the open, tiled community space was the LR/DR/KIT. There was a dining table seating 6, 4 barstools and limited seating (lazyboy couch and a chair) in LR. Upon reading the house rules it became very clear that the owner’s concern was directed at what NOT to do instead of helping their guests/renters enjoy their home and community. Fortunately, we had other family in a rental 1 mile away so we opted to spend most of our time there and on the beautiful beach!! Lack of seating, inside and out, along with the most unwelcoming 1 sheet of paper with marching orders, assured us that we will look elsewhere if we ever return. ..Buut, it wouldn’t take much to turn this rock into a diamond.

Great stay in the pink house

From the time of booking Amanda was excellent with communication. Check in was easy. We had an issue but she immediately responded and within 30 minutes Mike was at the house to look at the problem. The location was perfect close to the baseball diamonds about 10 minutes and also within walking distance to beach and restaurants about a mile. The neighborhood was perfect I walked every morning. I only gave 4 stars for accuracy because it’s listed as 3 bedrooms but the 3rd bedroom did not have a window for a 2nd exit. The screened in porch along with the pool and hot tub were a family favorite we enjoyed many mornings and evening outside! Thanks again

Clean property with all the amenities you need.

Property was clean and very accommodating. The pool and hot tub were very nice and we had plenty of room for Cornhole and hammock we brought along. We brought bicycles and were able to ride to multiple restaurants with great food. We rented jet skis at Salty's rental and spent a day at the beach at south end of Hutchinson island. Very nice place to visit.

Lovely house on a lovely part of Hutchinson Island

My wife and I enjoyed the house and location. While our family never joined us as we hoped it would have been very comfortable for a family of 4-5, super spacious for 2. The pool was lovely and a welcome relief from e beach in mid day. House was clean and reasonably well equipped. The kitchen only had a stone cutting board and many dull knives as a result, we solved the problem by buying a knife and board the second time we went to the supermarket. There were no beach chairs on arrival, when I asked the hostess, she immediately ordered a pair from aMazon and they arrived the next day. Super nice of her to do that! Beds were comfortable, bedrooms were nice. The bedroom AC is loud and super powerful , earplugs helped a lot but the important thing was that the bedroom was cool! Lovely neighborhood to walk in and the beach and island are pristine.

Great location, great house

This property is in an ideal location to walk to the beach, Jetty Park, and restaurants. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and the property owner went above and beyond to decorate the house and make it Ferrell festive. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with the essentials. The fenced, private backyard with a pool and hot tub was a nice spot to relax. Our stay was very comfortable.

Relaxing Stay

The house is clean and well- maintained in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed having a pool right out the back door. The screened in porch overlooking the pool was a great place to relax while the kids played. Overall, a great week!

Great neighborhood and location.

Loved the circular driveway when you have more than one car, easy access. Nice neighborhood to walk in as well. Great social, open floor plan in this house. We visited with another couple and it was a good layout for us. Outdoor space is lovely too. The porch rug was not vacuumed when we arrived but the rest of the house was very clean. If you are sensitive to noise when you sleep, the HVAC fan is quite loud. The owners were responsive to our questions.

Best beach house getaway.

We had an amazing time staying at the Pink House. It was a short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and family friendly bars. The neighborhood is quiet. The back patio was huge! We swam every day, walked on the beach. We had all the comforts of home with a full kitchen and laundry. The owners are great to communicate with very responsive any messages we sent.
