Relax as you enjoy the sound of the waves from the screened in porch or from an open window in this beautiful ocean-front condo in the Capstan section of Ocean Village. Spacious with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, sleeps 4. Short walk to the beach with provided beach chairs or bring your bicycle to cruise around the property with ease. Excellent on-site amenities include: multiple pools (heated in winter), 9-hole golf course, tennis, bocce, basketball court, shuffleboard, on site restaurant, fitness/ work out facility, and more.

Lots to do in Fort Pierce including waterfront dining, fishing, boating, museums, and our favorite the downtown farmers market. 2 hours from Orlando activities and even closer to the space coast. Plus half hour from both Stuart and Vero for shopping, additional dining and spring practice and minor league baseball. Enhanced professional cleaning.

Pets allowed with HOA approval (only 1 pet allowed and must be for at least a 30 day rental).

Telecommute from our beachfront unit with high speed internet access.

The host was very helpful with site information and local sites to see. The condo was everything advertised and more! The amenities were wonderful. The new main pool and tiki were fun to visit. All of the pools, hot tubs, and restaurants were great! All of the Ocean Village staff members were welcoming. We will definitely book here again.

Really nice, peaceful place

We had a great time staying at this condo! It is so close to the beach access, you can hear the waves from outside and even see the sunrises from the windows. Larry was a great host, he was very quick to respond and made the check in and check out process very smooth. The condo was even prettier in person, it was very clean and amply stocked.

Nice stay!

Larry was very helpful and giving us different suggestions in the area even though I’m very familiar. He had a lot of great ideas or things to do. The accommodations were very comfortable and so close to the beach. I’ll definitely tell others about it.

Absolutely Beautiful

The Condominium was very well Stocked, very clean and in a good location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Larry the owner, or hosts was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon. I’ve stayed in a lot of really nice places and I’d have to say, Overall I have to give the host and his condo a well deserved, and honest 5 star rating.

Great vacation at Ocean Village

Our stay at this amazing property and location was absolutely ideal for our visit to Fort Pierce. It is situated close to the ocean and access to the beach a very short walk. Our hosts Larry and Selena were perfect at making our stay as smooth as anything and answered all our questions very promptly which was very professional but also in a friendly way which made us feel right at home. Will be returning to Ocean Village in the future definitely. Many thanks again Larry and Selena for everything.

Perfect Location

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Walk to the beach was about 2 minutes. Had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and checked in regularly for any issues. We will definitely be staying again.

Great stay

The location was perfect for our family. Close to town and right on the beach. The host was available at all times. The rental is laid out beautifully. Great beach equipment available. Secure location. Great amenities.

Amazing October trip

We have never been to Fort Pierce before we came this trip. Ocean Village is an amazing place to stay! In particular, this unit is also amazing. The king bed was very comfortable, nice fluffy white towels, upgraded unit. They even had fabulous knives for cutting and chopping! Walking path right behind the condo, three par, nine hole golf course right in the complex. And because it’s October, we had no greens fees – only the pushcart rental. The restaurant on the property was very good, and there are lots of music venues and fun things to do in the community very close by. We enjoyed the farmers market in Fort Pierce every Saturday morning, and because it was October, there were other fall festivals to be able to visit also. We made a trip to Kennedy Space Center one day and down to a town called Stuart, which is another cute very walkable town. We will be back in January!

Awesome time in Ft Pierce!

My husband and I stayed for about 3 weeks. Upon arrival, the condo was immaculately clean, and I was pleasantly surprised as it appeared even better than the online pictures. It is a very comfortable space and the location right on the dune was awesome. The kitchen was very well stocked, the washer/dryer worked great and many amenities were provided - beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. The owner, Larry, was very responsive and worked quickly to address an issue we had with the dishwasher. He also offered many great suggestions for places to go and things to do around the area. Overall, we had a great stay- loved the condo and exploring every tiki bar on the island. We will definitely be back!

The home, amenities, and location were perfect for our family. We loved the easy walk to the beach, pools, and golf course. The unit is absolutely fantastic. Communication was great during all phases of the trip. Larry and Selina were incredible hosts. Our family highly recommends this listing!

Excellent Experience!

As first-time renters we were not sure what to expect so we were a bit apprehensive. Well, we hit the jackpot with this rental! Our host, Larry, was always just a text away if we had any questions from the day we reserved to the day we left. He also gave us so much helpful information about the area before arrival. We walked in to a nicely decorated unit that was clean as a whistle and very well stocked. There was a binder with just about any info you might need about Ocean Village and the surrounding towns. There were high quality dishes and cooking supplies which we used very often. We only needed to buy our favorite groceries because everything else was already there. Thick towels, comfy pillows and an adjustable height bed gave us a month of great sleeping. The unit faces the beach but there isn't any view due to the dunes. We loved being able to hear the sound of the waves. Ocean Village was a perfect place to relax with all kinds of sports and a great restaurant only steps from the unit. Our dog loved his walks around the Village as much as we did. We were so sad to see our month come to an end. Our time in this apartment was so much better than we could have imagined. We would return again in a heartbeat.

Condo was as good as one could hope for.

This condo was so well equipped and stocked with house and recreational items. Very attractively decorated. Nice linens and towels. Dishes and cookware and all else needed in the kitchen were attractive and perfect condition. The owner, Larry Winters, was more than helpful and provided lists of restaurants and things to do as well as talked to us personally about his favorites. It is definitely a 5 star rental. You can hear the waves day and night crashing in but you cannot see due to sand dune just outside your door. Perfect for pet owner. Easy to take outside. We recommend this VRBO rental highly.

Perfect for us!

We have friends who camp in the area for several weeks in the winter and decided we would try the area for a winter vacation. We could not have been more satisfied with the property and the community, and felt very fortunate to have found it. We recently took Pickleball lessons and also play tennis. These activities were organized so well for new people to join and enjoy. The property itself was comfortably furnished and had everything we needed to prepare meals or head out to the beach. We did eat in the on-site restaurant twice during our stay and enjoyed the food and service there also. I enjoyed watching the sunrise most mornings, the sound of the waves and walks on the beach and around the community. There was a complete list of other activities that we could have participated in and may in the future on a longer vacation. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Larry was available and responsive but we had no issues during our stay. We visited the Navy Seal Museum with our friends and found that very interesting and educational. Winter vacations may become an annual event and we look forward to returning.

Beach condo

Great location in Ocean Village. So close to the beach you can hear the waves. The new grill and bar is a short walk away. We had a great time!

Fort Pierce Summer: Extended Stay

We had a blast at Larry’s and Selena’s place! The condo was better than expected, the condo complex has awesome, clean amenities, and we thoroughly enjoyed Fort Pierce. We highly recommend staying here and we plan on returning!
