Our bright apartment (approx. 98 sq m) features an open-plan living/dining area with a conservatory and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The spacious living area, combined with the ceiling height of up to 3.80 m, creates a pleasant feeling of spaciousness. A modern TV, a stereo system, and plenty of reading material contribute to relaxation. Bedroom 1 is adjacent to the bathroom, and bedroom 2 is adjacent to the separate guest toilet. Professional insect screens are installed throughout the apartment. The skylights are equipped with exterior blinds. While the living area faces south and west, the bedrooms face north.

You can enjoy the sunsets from the balcony. The garage and private parking space are located next to the entrance.

The apartment is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac approximately 150 m from the lake. It occupies the entire top floor of a four-unit building. The newly redesigned lakeside promenade, the listed Bodan shipyard, the marina, the natural bathing beach (free entry for holidaymakers), and the lakeside park are just a few steps away. The Schlösslepark is also within walking distance.

The Lake Constance Cycle Path runs along the next parallel street. A bakery and a butcher are nearby, as are a bicycle rental shop and restaurants.

We are private landlords (not an agency or real estate agent). Check-in is contactless via a key safe, making even late arrivals easy. The code for the key box will be provided to you well in advance of your arrival.

Final cleaning, bed linen, and one set of towels per person per week are included.

The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the municipality.
