I was very happy with my stay. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The house was great, very clean and comfortable. We were close to everything and nice quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this property.

The home is located in a quiet safe neighborhood. It’s perfect for a small family or group. The host has great communication skills.

Excellent and safe location in wonderful neighborhood CLOSE to downtown Seattle

This property is wonderful and perfectly located to get downtown to all Seattle has to offer. Be aware there are lots of stairs though.

Great Property

Overall our stay was great...close to all points of interest as well as necessities. We would suggest adding a toaster, cable and more towels. We enjoyed Seattle and surrounding areas during the day and able to return to the quiet in the evening. We would recommend this property to friends.

Unique, comfortable and convenient

This house met our needs perfectly. There were 3 adults, and we each had our own room and ensuite bath. Everything was well stocked and clean. The location was excellent, convenient and very quiet. The live houseplants were a nice touch! Katherine was responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great visit!

Lovely home, great views over the valley

Really nice place. Not for the mobility impaired as it's across 3 levels. whilst it sleeps 6, the living area is 4 folks tops. However it is very lovely. A quick trip to down town, lacks nothing

Nice place, super clean

On a business trip, needed a place to park a larger work vehicle without having to worry about street parking. This one fit the bill. Took awhile for the place to warm up, but maintained heat once warm. Window placement is a bit odd, but that's just the nature of the city. Heated bathroom floors is nice. Wall heater in every room. Bed was comfy. Some traffic noise in the AM, but not bad. Definitely will be staying here again if I'm back in the area. Stayed at 3 other places in Seattle. This was the best one.

West Seattle = Perfect Location!

Location was perfect for my family! We have other family that lives close by to this listing and we were the perfect distance from them. The only “issue” was that the stairs were a bit much for a family member who has mobility issues. There is one bed/bath on the bottom floor where you come into the house, kitchen/living room/half bath on second level, and 2 bed/bath on 3rd level. I didn’t realize the amount of steps but having a bed/bath on the 1st level was convenient. We were only about a 15 minute drive to the heart of Seattle and about 20-30 to the Ballard area where the majority of breweries are. Overall, my family was very happy with our stay and Katherine's recommendations. We will definitely stay here again when in town!

Cute, Clean, and Close to Downtown & Beach

This was our first time in Seattle and I'm glad we chose this home. It was perfect for our family of 6 as it had 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. It's a 3 story, really cute, modern-style decorated home. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. It's close to Alki beach (don't miss it with it's beautiful views, nice boardwalk and SO many dining options). It's also close to the stadiums (we took in a Mariner's game...lots of fun). It's a short drive into the city and is close to Sea-Tac airport as well. Don't miss Pikes Place Market, the Space Needle and the city center. Lots to see and do. Oh, and if you have time, don't miss a visit to Mt. Ranier...it's impressive. All of the people we met in the state of Washington were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this home and a visit to the city.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

I spent a long weekend here with my two adult sons, and it was perfect. Each of us having our own bathroom was a real plus, and the heated floors in the bathrooms were great. It's close to several parks, and Katherine was very responsive. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Home

The house amazing and we had an amazing trip in Seattle. The 3 bedrooms and baths were great and the location of the house was perfect. Wasn’t too far away from downtown and lots of great restaurants.

Long weekend stay

We enjoyed the layout of the house and how many bathrooms it had! The west Seattle bridge being closed was a bummer so plan for traffic. But would recommend staying here to anyone!

Practical and comfy

Our stay was very enjoyable. Having a bathroom in each room was super practical. The heated floors were a wonderful surprise! Katherine was fast at responding and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Seattle.

I lived in this house for a few years and had countless fun memories here. I've since moved into a different house, but I liked the location so much I only live three blocks away!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

No one really wants to share bathrooms with other people, so enjoy having your own attached private bathroom to your bedroom. There is a greenspace across the street and to the right that's a short hiking trail if you want to start (or end) the day with a little nature. Also the neighborhood has a ton of apple and plum trees and blackberry bushes ripe for the picking (although to be honest, blackberry bushes are a very obnoxious weed in Seattle).
