Great spot. Broadway ave has some fun shops real close by. Bean Espresso was our go to coffee spot.

Cozy spot in a convenient area

This townhouse was well equipped and comfortable. Situated in a popular neighborhood with a lot going on and lots of good food, it's very close to the light rail station, making it easy to get to many other parts of the Seattle area as well.

Great space and great location.

The property is wonderful for a small to midsized group of folks who want to explore Capitol Hill. My group and I were in town for a convention and the proximity of the townhouse to the light rail was fantastic. Six of us stayed, and there was plenty of space for us. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the host accessible and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Easy Breezy

The host was so communicative and everything so well organized that I had zero questions/apprehensions about checking in and if we would have everything we needed. The property was conveniently located, clean, and well stocked/maintained. The local recommendations were a thoughtful touch and so helpful.

Beautiful

We stayed here for 2 days before our cruise. Everything about the property was just as described. It was a wonderful stay and very easy to find all the things we needed. The location was perfect for walking to get to several restaurants and the grocery store was very close. The house was extremely clean and well kept. We loved it! No hassles with checking in or out at all! Thank you so much for the stay!

Exactly what we needed

We needed a "base camp" in Seattle for college visits, rendezvous with friends and yes.....something close but not too close to Lumen Field for the Taylor Swift concert. We got exactly what we needed along with a large dose of helpful and timely engagement from our hosts. We really appreciated how easy they made it to check in/out and some of the personal touches while we were there. Great experience!

Perfect spot in Seattle

We had a wonderful visit in Seattle. Every review of this property was spot on. A grocery store and a number of excellent restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk. We used Uber vs renting a car. Ubers arrived within 1-2 minutes of requesting them. The townhome was well-appointed and had a handy inventory list so you could find anything you could need. It was extremely clean and a comfortable spot for our family to hang out when we were done with sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Seattle again.

Very disappointed

Our stay lasted about 2 hours. We found the property very disappointing beginning with the neighborhood and although a parking permit was issued by the property parking was a nightmare. We spent over a half and hour finding a parking spot. The neighborhood did not feel safe. The unit itself was not comfortable. It was sparsely furnished and the television was not functional. After a couple of hours we moved to a hotel. It was a very expensive couple of hours!

Clean, well stocked, good location

This condo has everything you need. It was very clean and beds were very comfortable. It’s one block off Broadway (which can be sketchy) but it’s on a quiet street and the neighboring streets are nice. It’s one block from a grocery store which was great. Also, centrally located in Seattle so easy to get anywhere. We never had an issue getting an Uber. They were always there in 2 minutes or less.

Very clean and sleek condo

Our family stayed here for 2 days after Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. We want to come back and enjoy the rooftop patio and BBQ when the weather permits.
