Conveniently located across the guest bathroom.
Two queen size beds and 4 firm pillows and pillows with different densities in the closet.
Amazing walking closet and space for two or more.
Writing desk and chair.
TV in the bedroom (guest must log into their own Netflix/Hulu/Amazon acc)

GUEST BATHROOM:
Located across from the guest bedroom with 2 standing sinks and a standing rain shower.
LIVING ROOM:
Large TV with a variety of channels.
Two swivel chairs for easy conversation.

Charging station for all kinds of phones and I-pad.

KITCHEN:
It has everything that one might need for an extended stay.
Coffee Maker / Blender / 4 slice Toaster / Sandwich Maker/pots and pans/ cooking utensils/ knives forks spoons/containers for food safe-keeping/dishes for adults and kids/coffee cups/water and beverage glasses / Wine glasses and champagne glasses.
Even a vase for fresh flowers.


AMENITIES:
Guests have access to Sian's Gym, Pool, Business Lounge, and Playroom, guest must use their fo to access amenities. (Gym / Pool / Playroom etc.)

ENTRANCE AND PARKING:
For your security, each 2 adult guests will need to purchase a fob for $20.
A family of 4 is required to purchase 2 fobs. PS Only credit cards, no Cash.

ELEVATORS USE:
If you have lots of luggage and bags you must use the Service elevator at the end of the Hallway. ALSO, it's much easier than the guests' elevator due to its capacity.

PARKING:
VALET: $5.00 at any time
SELF PARKING is available 10$ per night if you are staying less the 14 days.
If you are staying over 14 days you purchase a pass for $150 per month.

Make sure to lock your door when leaving for your outing.
