Condo is located in Sian Oceanfront Condos, steps to the beach!! We are within reach of the famous Hollywood Broadwalk. The spacious Condo with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths sleeps 6 (including 4 adults). It is fully furnished and offers all the houseware you will need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen.
Resort style living with heated pool and beach access. Amenities include business center, pool table, fitness center, 24 hour valet parking and concierge.
Restaurants, Coffee shops & shopping within walking distance.
High-end shopping at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall - 15 minutes drive
Minutes away from The Gulfstream Casino and Race Track and The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
Miami Beach is 22.5 km from the property and Fort Lauderdale is 15 km. The nearest airport is Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Airport, 12.8 km from Sian.

The location is very good. The property is very reasonably priced; it's not beachfront, it's the second building directly facing the sea. So you don't have a sea view, but even so, it's very nice to stay with Milene, they communicate very well.

Mylene is very welcoming and quick to communicate! It is in a great location and just steps from the beach. We loved every bit of it and would highly recommend it!

We stayed 3 nights and were super impressed! Check-in and checkout were very easy. The host responded to messages quickly. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean! If we needed supplies, Walmart and a gas station were within walking distance. Easy access to the beach and pool! I would highly recommend this VRBO, and I would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!

Mylene, our host, did everything within her power to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. She always responded promptly to my inquiries. The unit is lovely and the location canā€™t be beat. I would definitely stay there again.

Great host. Condo extra clean, lots of amenities including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas . We had an amazing 8 nights. The best condo rental weā€™ve ever had. Great location. The condo building had a pool table, ping pong table, and a washer/dryer down the hall.A perfect vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay!The unit is was extremely clean and very comfortable, everything for a nice getaway extremely close to the beach was provided. The kitchen was well equipped, internet was fast, a/c was cold.While we didn't have a beach view, it was a two minute walk right down the path.The building is located minutes away from Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk and many, many restaurants to choose from.Mylene was very responsive and helpful to all communication.We would not hesitate to stay there again, it was everything we were expecting.

The only complaint I would have is the lack of towels in the apartment. Technically this has bedding for 6 people, one king, 2 full/queens, but only 3 bath towels which I found quite interesting. Otherwise, the space was great, beds were comfortable, amenities were nice.

The unit was nice and well stocked with beach supplies. It was clean and neat. The property itself was under major renovations so during the week theres alot of noise, and foot traffic on the property, but the unit itself was nice. Would stay again.

We had a very comfortable stay! The unit is a second-floor rental and felt safe, with a nice balcony where you can see the exit. Itā€™s right next to the beach via a private walkway, though neighboring buildings block the view somewhat. The pool was very comfortable, and the unit itself had walk-in closets, a great kitchen, and bathrooms that worked well for our family. The couch was one of our favorite spots!Parking is valetā€”pay once and you can come and go as you pleaseā€”and thereā€™s a handy cart at the front desk for groceries. The keyfob is 30, but thereā€™s always someone at the desk if you need help. Laundry on the same floor (2 washers, 2 dryers, paid via app) was convenient. The unit was quiet, and the host was nice and responsive. Overall, a great stay for our family!

Our 7 day stay was very enjoyable! The host was able to accommodate us checking in early from a long flight with all of our kids. Everything was in working condition. The Condo complex (Sian) was friendly and the Valet guys were awesome. The valet isnā€™t free but the beach is steps away from the back exit! The water was so warm and clear. Our host maintained good communication throughout our stay. We enjoyed our boat ride, arcade/bowling, Hollywood boardwalk and much more near by. I highly recommend staying in the Hallandale beach/Hollywood beach area and staying away from Miami it self! We will be back to Florida again!

Great Condo! Even Better Hostess

We just got back from our stay at the condo and it was perfect! We were there for a local dance competition and it provided everything we needed without the price of staying at the venue. The condo was clean, organized, well equipped. We loved the availability of the beach accessories so we could fully enjoy the beach! Mylene was very responsive with any questions we had and her communication was wonderful! The staff at the condo building were friendly and very helpful. The location was great too! Easy access to many fun activities! Thanks for a great stay!!

Good stay

First time at Florida so maybe my expectations were too high. We did enjoy the access to the beach, I canā€™t imagine going anywhere else without that access. I thought the condo itself was okay, I was expecting more for the price but, like I said, my expectations could have been set to high. All communication with our host has been excellent.

Family Getaway

We selected this property, because we wanted to be close to the beach. There was a direct access to the beach from the property pool area. The layout of the condo was a perfect share with our adult son. The valet parking made coming and going so convenient. The property staff was very nice . Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to go back.

Best weekend getaway spot!

Out stay was outstanding! Check-in process was so easy and the condo was just as described. The communication with the owner was easy and helpful. The location was perfect, we walked to a lot of the hot spots in Hollywood beach, but grabbing an uber was easy. The best part is the owner provided beach towel, chairs, coolers and much more! We didnā€™t have to bring a think. Canā€™t say enough positive things about this place - will definitely book again!

Great stay

Its been a great stay! The front desk didnt have our information when we arrived around 11pm. Thankfully the host answered her phone immediately and fixed the problem for us. The place was exactly how it was described in the listing. Tons of items for the beach if needed, toys, towels, coolers, etc. .

We are only 20 minutes away from the Ft Lauderdale International Airport, and 30 minutes away from Miami International Airport. Right by the beach and close to golf courses, pickleball courts, casinos, fantastic shopping and many restaurants to choose from. We are within reach of the famous Hollywood Boardwalk where you can enjoy miles of shopping, dining, and live music with the gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our building and the area in general is a chosen destination for a diverse mix of people from various corners of the world. We ourselves are here often so please don't hesitate to ask for recommendations. We hope you will make our beautiful condo your next holiday destination!
