Thank you for sharing your experience, Jean! We’re so glad to hear that our location was convenient for your research meeting at the University of Miami (RSMAS) and that you enjoyed the nearby restaurants and cafes. It’s wonderful to know that our team’s customer service exceeded your expectations—we always strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay by staying connected with our guests at every step. Thank you for your detailed feedback and for sharing what you enjoyed about your stay, Holly, like the views, sea breeze, and pool area. We’re truly sorry for the frustration regarding the cleaning deposit. Unfortunately, when the balcony doors and windows are left open for extended periods in Miami’s very humid climate, it causes condensation that leads to chipped walls, moisture in the vents, and extra deep cleaning and repainting needs. That’s why the additional fee was applied. We appreciate your perspective and will be clearer about this to avoid future misunderstandings. We’re glad you otherwise enjoyed the property, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back!

Thank you very much for your kind review , Julianne ! We are very happy you enjoyed the great location and beautiful views. It was lovely hosting you & we hope you visit us again soon!
